App is user friendly and makes shopping so fast and easy.

Love the app I always use it when shopping for Ralph Lauren. But the Apple Pay option never works for me. I always have to checkout the old fashion way. This is the only app I have that Apple Pay won’t complete transactions

It’s as if I were on a time travel … browsing through a collection of years of beautifully crafted and designed art pieces ..

The app is of the same quality as the brand. Items are easy to locate based on the layout of the site. This is backed up by a search function that actually works. I can shop quickly without issues.

Ralph Lauren Polo is the ONLY Clothes I wear from Underwear to socks to Boots To Pants And Shirts!! I love the Ralph Lauren App!! It is the Greatest Clothing App because it separates it from Brand New to whats Hot to on Sale Items!!!

Truly, the app team has tirelessly worked to improve product explanations for the products as it relates to each person’s own body measurements. In addition, not only can each product be viewed by itself but also as presented on the model in photos and videos. Congratulations to everyone involved in this project! I am proud of you!

Love ralph lauren but every time I place an order through the app I dont see it in my account overview. It’s frustrating.

If there are app or website glitch’s with any given company, I abandon and won’t use! I am happy the RL ap is smooth and efficient since RL is and has been one of my “go-to” top brands for decades! I am pleased! Thank you. Of late, I’ve been very pleased when I have even had to speak to customer service. Operations are have been nice lately. It doesn’t take much to stay a cut above. I’ve shopped Polo since he was beginning to make neckties but only at stores.since i am bedridden temporarily im ordering online.ur website is so slow and so clumsy and overwrites what one is typing and doesn’t allow any simple automated entries im appalled.compared to an amazon or even my grocery store Polo is in the Stone Age. By the way wasn’t there another moto leather jacket all beaten up but with a normal collar not a short no collar?

This Polo Ralph Lauren mobile app is great for easy on-the-go purchases and accessible for updates on new apparel that Ralph Lauren pops out for seasonal periods.

Polo has always been a favorite brand and their app makes purchasing, searching, and overall enjoying products they make SO easy!

Easy to use & I don’t feel like the website is better than the app.

I use the Ralph Lauren app often and it is easy to navigate, has great product graphics, and check out is easy. This is how I want all retail apps to work, make it easy to find what I want and make it easy to spend my money.

I’ve been ordering from this app for years now and I never had to pay extra money for shipping so I definitely don’t appreciate that.
