13 Positive User Reviews for Randomizer

Halfway through a long, new list

And I got up to do something, switched programs, came back and the list was gone (doesn’t automatically save like every other program on earth does now)

Set up once and worth it

It does exactly what I want it to do.

Fabulously Simple and Easy to Use

Are use this app all day long! I have different groups of people with which I use this app. I call out their numbers, and they come up. It’s fabulous. I also really love the ability to set upper and lower limits for new list of integers.

Great App and support

Really happy with this app and the response I’ve received from the developer. You can choose one item from a list that you create and you can also randomize the entire list. I use it everyday. I’ve contacted the developer with questions and ideas for updates and he replied immediately. I’ve tried a lot of random apps and this one is the best I’ve found.

Nice!

Easy to enter lists. I'm using it to come up with randomized team member assignments. Developer has been very responsive and I'm looking forward to having some additional features that would help list management.

Almost everything I’m looking for...

So far, great app! I especially like that it allows for importing a csv and copy/pasting a list. Other apps I’ve explored don’t offer this feature. The only thing it is missing is the ability to provide multiple results after hitting Randomize once. This isn’t a deal breaker, and there are obvious work-arounds, but is a nice-to-have. I did mention this to the developer, and he replied right away saying he would look into it. Overall, a great product with excellent customer support!

Great App

Use the app every day and its been flawless for me. Contacted the developer about a feature he’d been working on and he replied quickly. After the update with the feature this app is exactly what I need. Thanks for making this app!

Worked like a charm

Randomizer worked like a charm for book giveaways at a small academic event. For each drawing, Randomizer displayed the winner’s name, and spoke the winner’s name aloud. To set up the list, batch import was very convenient. Then, as further registrations trickled in, sync with the participants list was easy by displaying the list in alphabetical order. (More than 120 names total.) Moreover, when I had a question, the developer replied within minutes! So I highly recommend this app.

Great for decision-making

Can’t figure out what to decide? Put your options in the Randomizer and let it decide for you!

Nice but needs feature

This app is nice, but it really needs an option to default to the Your Lists screen on opening the app. The only choices offered are to open to a new list or open to the previous list. It's kind of a pain to have to press 2 things each time the app opens in order to view all your existing lists. Please add this feature. Thanks!

Save option

Would be nice to have a quick save button for when you want to edit your list without going into creating a new list and overwriting the entire list

Problem solved!

I needed a way to break common debates in the household. What should we have for dinner? What movie should we watch? Which board game should we play? After thousands of “I don’t care, you pick” I decided to build my own Randomizer app to fix this once and for all. Luckily when I searched the App Store I found the exact app I wanted to make! Love the app!

Amazing

This app is so useful and has helped me not only make lists and keep track of things but to be able to random into something when I’m indecisive has been really helpful I wonder if I upgraded to a new iPhone would my lists on the app be saved and transferred over?
