Does the job, sounds great!

I am not a pianist yet, I am a student. I bought this mostly so I could practice hand exercises, scales, and chords on my ipad, while I am traveling and away from my real piano. I tried many apps and this one has the best sound quality and adjustable on screen keyboard size. It allows me to replicate the keyboard size closest to a real keyboard with slight adjustments for the range I need to play for the given exercise or scale, while confined to the dimensions of the 12.9 inch iPad screen. It d

So awesome but needs a major update for GarageBand

This app is my go to for a specific piano sound I really enjoy when I’m using GarageBand but now it crashes a lot and every time I try to export the audio recorded using this app from GarageBand, there is no sound. Empty. I will still give it five stars but please I hope you see this and try to update it ASAP, since it hasn’t been updated in 11 month now 🥴

Decent sound on available hardware, but better sample resolution not available on fastest ipad

I’ve been using 275 for about 4-5 years on my 2nd gen ipad pro. It sounds decent at 1024 samples, but it really starts to shine at 2048 and above. However, on my 2nd gen iPad pro, the latency at 2048 (42.7ms) and 4096 (85.3ms) was unacceptable. Recently, I upgraded to a ipad pro 6th gen, which should be 4-6 times faster than the 2nd gen, but the latency times are exactly the same. This is disappointing since Ravenscroft is the primary instrument I use with my midi keyboard.

It’s worth it

In my opinion this is as a real sounding a piano as anyone could ever expect from an app based source. It puts the Korg module to shame. The only thing lacking is the ability to half pedal. No app supports half paddling so I imagine it’s something to do with midi protocols. But man, I really do miss half peddling.

Love this piano.

The is such a great sounding piano. It’s has become my daily driver when I travel. This is the piano I use. Excellent sound. However, I wish you could midi map things. Other than that, I highly recommend.

Beautiful sounds

I got this when it wasn’t even on sale and knowing how amazing the sound is I was excited to try BeatHawk which is also great. I love the piano presets and the ability to tweak . Having this instrument has seriously boosted my creativity and productivity

Satisfied customer

I absolutely love it

The standard for clean piano tone.

Plenty of adjustability makes it fairly easy to fit in a mix and does quite well solo. Nice dynamic response and provides a good hands to ears feel. I have all the piano apps. This one and Colossus are my faves. The latter has a bit more character but not as tweak-able and is rather quirky. Most projects get to try both; Ravenscroft gets the spot most often.

Comparing piano programs

Of the 3 piano programs I currently have, IGrand, CMP and Ravenscroft, I have to sat this one was my personal favorite. All these programs have their “star piano” and each is good for its own setting but overall for sound, playability and simplicity this one is what did it for me. Like another user stated it is good but needs minor improvements. Update the reverb and make the piano sample like 500 mb larger or more. It would then be the top overall app.

Love It

I was skeptical when I was told about this but after hearing I LOVE IT‼️

Great buy for 10% of the cost of the full suite

Definitely my favorite budget piano VST that I own. Fits very well with the fatar feel of the sl88 grand from studiologic.

When using Sustain pedal, you can hear static

I was exited to get this app. I paid 36 dollars, and when I play a song on that piano, I can hear static. I think that paying 36 dollars for a piano app and then heading the static while you play is a waste of money.

Updates

I love you his app i have been using it for a few years….I just wish they update it maybe more sounds and more features…
