Charging station

Charging itself wasn’t difficult or different from a regular charging station. The part that puzzled me was that you have to download the app, fill out all sorts of questions (like ID or passport number) and it’s honestly annoying when all you want is to charge your vehicle. At most ask me about me cc information and whatever might involve getting my payment. Besides that it’s okay I supposed. Really made me second think my view on electric cars.

Very Frustrating

I filled out all of the information asked for so I could charge my car. After confirming my email, I was told it was accepted. Then, a few minutes later, I couldn’t sign in. I tried to fix this with changing my password, couldn’t even do that. For example, it said my id number was incorrect, but it wasn’t. I can’t say how it works for charging because I never got that far. Don’t bother trying this one.

Why so complicated

All we want to do is charge the car. Why so many useless informations needed. Plus I register and never received the email confirmation. I forgot my password doesn't work either. App is poor.
