Ref Guide for Essential Oils App Reviews

This app has served me well for over 5 years however, there are numerous items on it that Young Living no longer produces. It would be beneficial to have someone go through all of the items to delete those at are no longer available. There’s no sense in researching items that are not available.

I paid an extra $4.99 for what? It does not give the amount of drops for different diffuser blends and needs an update. If you’re just looking for basic info is an ok app but I’m looking for a better one after spending the $15 and no refund.

Definitely a five star rating because it is a wealth of information and easy to use.

Life 5 has been long gone for a few years now. Update to Life 9. Contact link and Report a Bug link in app don’t open and are unavailable. I pay 9.99 for app subscription and would expect the links to work. I do appreciate you’ve updated with supplements. FIX YOUR LINKS FOR PAID SUBSCRIBERS!

I’m not finding the “search” on the update…. Also, not all of the names of the oils show under the related indications.

This app does not update when new oils become available. Otherwise it’s very good.

I’ve used this APP for over 3yrs... my only complaint is it’s not updated when YL introduces new oils a few times a year. Thanks!

I love this app, and refer to it often, but now it’s missing the newer oils that Young Living has added over the last 3 years

Love the app but you really need to update the oils that are missing! We need ALL of the info!

Would love to see this app updated with the new oils, updated valor ingredients. Many oils missing. Maybe add supplements, that would be a plus.

I use this app everyday. The information is interesting and helpful. I wish it had a print functionality or a share button.

States invalid email from sender... come on people, this problem was fixed versions ago🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

This app is very helpful, but it crashes WAY too often.

I liked the old way to navigate the app, I don’t like the new update.

Love the updates! I’ve used this app for years. Even though I have 2 others on my phone this is my go-to app.

I love the info on this app, but do not like the new look that the update brought! It hurts my eyes, not easy on the eyes for sure!

Didn’t know how to contact creator...a few typos like where it says slivers spinters in front guide page and a few more. Aside from those I think a link to the flex point pages would be awesome. Love this app!

I love this app. It is my go to for immediate General information. The update is a bit different from the old version but I’m still satisfied.

The older version had recipes that this new version has deleted. This new version lists oils that Young Living does not carry. The previous version was much better and more useful. I do not like the update.

This app was recommended to me by a friend who also uses essential oils. I immediately bought it in the App Store and it is my first source to go to when I am looking for a combination to help a family member with a problem.

I love having so much useful information in the palm of my hand. It’s great when I don’t have access to my desk reference. Plus this app often has additional information!

I’ve referred to this app for several years now. I love the simplicity, and I also have the hardcopy layout and occasional references to scripture.

I use this as a supplementary resource to my EODR & it has fantastic information, cuts rations to research & personal testimonies. A wonderful collection of knowledge!

Love this app I can look up all kinds of illnesses and it shows me the proper oils and how to use them! Would love a share button to share 1 oil at a time for a specific reason! Would be a great way to boost sales!

I’m not sure how to get in touch so I’m trying here. The home page for the app is not working properly. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and it has not fixed the problem. The buttons are up in the top left and under the search bar. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I love this app when it works. It goes black constantly and I keep having to delete and reinstall it. Surely this could be fixed.

Love the app and use it often, but the screen goes black and I have to restart it multiple times every time I use it. It’s frustrating & time consuming. 👎🏻

I think the info is good but also some seems to be copy and pasted and also there is oils that are not on the list and oils that are on the list that are no longer offered by Young Living.

What is that section for? I can’t write anything on it so what is the point? Maybe I am missing something? I also think you should note that you are basically just referring to young living oils.
