Suspicious Subscription

I made the mistake of accepting a year subscription without reading the terms accurately or being able to have a trial with the app. I reached out about canceling but never heard back. A pretty big waste of $60 for someone who used this twice.

App stopped working

photos wont upload to compare photos with baby...screen turning black and photos don't show and I'm still on my trial period.
