It is a good app- can’t get my main bank linked which is a pain - yet being able to pay ahead helps a lot - maintenance request pretty easy - getting property manager communication or response very poor
Useful app, prefer neutral branding
I’d prefer a neutral app icon rather than one that promotes a specific social or ideological message. Please consider offering a neutral options so all users feel included.

I love this app! This makes life so much easier with paying rent. I do not have to go into the office. I do not have to worry about missing the deadline for rent. The best part about this app is if I’m at work late, I can pay through the app.

Not user friendly at all.
I have been attempting to cancel my previous address. It has already been cancelled by the apartments. And I am now at new apartments and the online rent care works just fine however this app is terrible. Does not update the information and for not give me the options to update it myself. I should be able to remove and add my new apartments as well and it does not provide this option.

The apartment management and maintenance always do a great job taking care of the things that need to be taken care of. They keep the property clean. Everything is in order at all times. I really enjoy living here and I really appreciate the maintenance team and Managment.

Missing notifications; New signin protocol never stays signed in; causing landlord getting upset
Ever since I switched to the new sign in protocols, I can’t stay signed in. I’ve missed several notifications. I’ve checked all the settings. I’ve deleted the app cleared the files and I still don’t receive notifications and I can’t stay signed in no matter what option I choose this is causing significant issues with the landlord and myself. I’m missing Notifications such as snow plowing people breaking into cars I mean really important notifications. I’m not sure what caused this issue and it h
