I did a lot of research before this purchase. I didn't want to spend a fortune and I wanted something that worked. I also didn't want to have to be a genius to operate. I am so glad that I made this purchase! It's easy to operate and works as stated. Creating sounds, loops and so much more via IAA, ETC.

I'd become a little disenchanted with most sampling apps due to limited "playability" as an actual instrument to be played in real time - most samplers just don't lend themselves to imaginative uses. But ReSlice, holy cow... suddenly the the samples take on new life, are fun to play, and with the arpeggiator whole new vistas of sound open up. Versatile for beats, pads, you name it. Love this app.

Love the possibilities of this app. When using ReSlice in AUM app in inter app audio, and when an effects app is connected in AUM you can not adjust the tempo speed of the arp. I would like to record but cannot adjust the tempo to what I want. Please fix soon, thanks.

ReSlice is an excellent tool for creating great rhythms and melodies with your samples. The arp adds lots of options to change the pitch and timing of the slices. The AU instances work great and can spice up your tracks. MIDI can be used to control all aspects of the app too.

If the audio unit version of this application was to allow you to import a sound that you wanted to choose from the audio unit perspective then it would allow slicing to be a lot more intricate and easier. Having to import sounds into it and then export the sound out of it reminds me of an odd standalone version and it doesn’t put me in touch with my music. Make the audio unit be allowed to search for a sound of my choosing and I can set the slicing points inside of Cubasis or inside of beat mak

I just bought this app And at first I was not quite sure how to use it. I couldn’t figure out how to import a sample until I realized that you can copy and paste using iPads internal copy and paste system and it works quite well. I hope to bring this to a five star rating I just need to figure out how to use it in the manual would be extremely helpful. At least an updated video would be nice and I think a lot of people would jump on this app.

I love this app but I’ve recorded a 4bar Launchpad loop which when is played on ReSlice it slowly decays, it’s a beat loop so I can let this happen and I want to use all 4 bars of the loop. I think this could be improved or fixed just adding a Sustain feature support. Thank you for reading!

i really enjoy using this app for sampling very powerful tool, i just which for 2 things a timestretch feature and a sample root note key finder, an option to find the root key of any slice that i would want to know the pitch or key of the sample

Love this sampler but the keyboard reacts slowly ( and sometimes doesn't react at all) at my iPhone 5 . Maybe iPhone 5 is not powerful enough for this app but there's no announcements at technical details . However I hope that could be fixed .

This is something I have been waiting for. Would love to use but it's rather temperamental and is crashing a lot. iPhone 6 Surely just because it's a new app though, waiting for an update.

Amazing app with some amazing features. I'd really like to see the ability to export slices as audio/midi to Audioshare directly rather than via email, but other than that I'll enjoy exploring ReSlice.

The most straightforward and user friendly audio slicer app. The sequencer is a delight.

Thanks for the choke groups!!! Only problem I'm getting still is that my c2 key I have to hold down to trigger. It is very laggy but just that one slice

One of the best slicers on iOS. Love the arp too. The updates on this app have been inspiring. Next step, a solo option to select one slice and transpose it on keyboard without other slices being played? That would be super cool. Thanks!

This is the only decent sampler/slicer app I’ve found that works as an AUv3. To create your own presets, use 16bit samples and work in standalone mode (so you can import easily from AudioShare).

Great sample slicer, lots of cool features, would love to have time stretching per slice and different filters per slice, and lastly saturation per slice.

Great slicer but let down with no scrolling cursor. PLEASE ADD SCROLLING CURSOR WHEN PLAYING SLICES SO WE CAN IDENTIFY WHERE TO MAKE EDITS

Getting awful response from slice detection on any sample I bring in. Only reason I purchased was for supposedly unmatched slicing ability. Would appreciate a refund as it does not suit my needs.
