Better

Better than i expected to be. Tested it a show recently and it was pretty loud, turned the connection down on my phone on my hearing aids and had a very comfortable experience.

annoyed

I keep seeing things advertised as available on the app etc. I just paid an extra $1000 to upgrade my hearing aids however I have still gained no extras on my app. I have only the basics. No music, no outdoor, no sliders. It isn’t right that things are held back by audiologists? It also isn’t right that resound doesn’t tell you exactly what is available with each HA, in my case vivia 5,7,9.

Ui can be improved

Developers are sometimes narrow-minded. Most people who use hearing aids are up in years, and have vision impairments too. So why not use larger fonts when you can, and have the space to do it?

Connecting…

Every time I open the app to adjust something it tries to connect to my hearing aids over again. It often takes up to 15 seconds to connect. I have had two different sets of resounds over the years with the same result. Upgrades of iOS and app do not help. Finally I found the solution. I use 3 presses of the side button to get the same controls on my iPhone instead of the app. No delay at all.

I CAN HEAR!

The audiologist is very helpful and suggested an ear mold since I was having difficulty keeping hearing aid in my ear. Love hearing And can participate in conversations!

This company would be excellent if it had nationwide providers in all 50 states

Resets to First Time On

Well I’ve reached out several times to tech support, ending with ‘work with your installer to resolve.’ Like a lot of help they will be with the latest app version corrupting itself every few weeks! Can there be a new version to get us back to more stability? I hate loosing my programs every time the app thinks first time hearing aides!! So bad I’m trying new aides next month!
