I don’t like the latest update with the new Quiz format. You removed the pronunciation training, which was very helpful. Also, now I can only learn words from either search history or favorites — before it was possible to study from both lists at once. Please bring back these features!

It has it all, it improved significantly over time. I never write reviews EVER, but the creators are hella creative. It’s all you need to practice and live throughout life as a bilingual person, it really helped me back in high school

I love using the vocabulary on a context because reverso finds the best word to translate for me

Had an issue with the app and support resolved it quickly. Really good for quizzes and flashcards. Paid tier is worth it

Indonesia is one of fourth most populated nation in the world, but no Bahasa Indonesia? Also no tagalog? C'mon!! And NO AFRICAN LANGUAGES?? Not even Swahili or Yoruba? 😒😏

I had (at one time) very good to excellent command of the Italian language after living there for some time. After 20 yrs that’s changed, and it’s great to have an app that can keep up with some of the more complex questions I ask of it. Highly recommended!

I love the app, but a recent update has left the two bottom boxes for the quizzes unavailable on my phone, I can see the tops of the boxes but none of the text.

The best app ever for comparing languages which aid in learning.

Please offer a premium version purchase option without requiring a subscription and I am sure 100 times more people will buy it. It‘s nice and works well, but it's not irreplaceable and certainly not worth 100s of dollars to have it available for occasional use over several years.

This is a great app for anyone serious about learning Italian. I find that it is a must have to increase vocabulary and develop a deeper understanding of the language. The conjugation tool alone make this app a must have.

Hands down the best translation and learning app I've used. Buy the Premium subscription. You will not regret it. One small improvement would help greatly, though. The app advertises a listening feature—the microphone icon—to help users hone their pronunciation. Depending on your settings, you may have to enable that feature separately on iOS. However, the Reverso Context preference pane doesn’t expose a toggle to enable the microphone. If that were fixed, this app would be perfect. Thanks

The examples of words/phrases in sentences are very helpful. The AI rephrase tool is awesome too— ahead of all the other translator apps. I only wish the app linked perfective—imperfective verbs in Russian. I have to go to the website for that.

I like it so much I always use it

This is an amazing application. I was using Google translate, and was really happy with it. but this application is much better. I especially like the fact that it makes a list of all the words I really want to learn, and supplies a quiz for them. It also finds the word used in other sentences on the Internet or in literature. Five stars.

This is a wonderful addition to your language studies. A single word search comes up with several uses in different situations. Such an improvement over that “other “ app

I used to have Premium, but forgot to change my payment info when I switched banks. Now I’m in the app hitting every Upgrade button I can find, and nothing happens. I went to the website to upgrade, but the price on the website is almost double compared to inside the app ($3.49/mo in app vs $6.49/mo on website). Why would I do that?

Stable, smooth and very easy to track the view history , the audio quality is greater than most other apps. 5 stars

Maybe add a feature you can put your vocab words in folders

editing my review, i previously gave 4* because I was having a lot of issues with the voice recognition cutting me off mid-word. but i just hadn’t found the correct setting and the developer let me know how to fix it. thanks!!

It’s a brilliant idea, and I can’t thank the devs enough for making soo much available for the free subscription. I’m trying to learn Arabic without spending much money (at a transitionary job, and I’m an Arab who doesn’t speak the language). This app makes it so much easier for me to not only pick up vocab, but also learn how it fits contextually in real sentences. The fact that it adds the pronunciation is a phenomenal bonus too (I always guess wrong). Thank you!

Excellent examples of every day terms in their daily context and usage. I have been using it more than any of the other three dictionarys that I have on my phone- highly recommend it!!

i love this app but the voice recognition is really bad. it will stop recording mid-sentence, i have to TALKREALLYFASTREALLYLOUD, or it cuts me off. Even if I’m mid-word and still making sound but just talking too slow (and it seems like everything is too slow). even then it never can understand me. This is an issue whether i’m speaking in my first language (english) or the one I’m trying to learn (dutch). more patience from the mic please

App no longer translates. It will tell me I am not connected to the internet. Please help me.

My Russian isn’t the best anymore, so when I call my grandparents, we will be talking and then I’ll be like “uhhh uhhhhhh” trying to remember how to say a word or phrase in Russian, but this app comes through, and I always got it open when I’m calling them so I can quickly look up stuff I need and not waste precious international call minutes trying to remember a certain word in Russian.

I’m Such Grateful to this App coz when I get lost in a word the sentence part helps a lot.. many thanks to you

I took French my freshman - junior year and used it whenever I needed it for my homework or studying for a test, never had a problem with it. Now that I graduated this year I don’t use it as much but would 10/10 recommend, not only to people in school but also for those who are trying to learn a new language on their own.

If only the premium option were cheaper … still, what comes free is super.

Functions well at first but after a day, search defaults to previous entry. No solution but to delete/reinstall app. Violates EU consent rules for tracking.

Something broke in the latest update. The shortcut to do. Translations no longer works, and the pop-up translation no longer brings any results at all.

Boa tarde. Gostei bastante do conteúdo. Porém, percebi uma limitação: não é possível ampliar o idioma para o português do Brasil. Apesar de ser português de Portugal, há diferenças significativas. Como meu interesse principal é aprender italiano, acabo tendo que lidar também com palavras e expressões de Portugal que não são usuais no Brasil. Não sei se existe algum estudo ou planejamento para que essa ampliação seja feita, mas acredito que seria um ponto importante a melhorar, contemplando també

The App used to switch keyboards automatically according to the language translation chosen. Not anymore. That’s discouraging.

It's really good when it comes to translation. But it is Sluggish, clumsy, and annoying to use.
