Amazing

I’ve tried almost every iOS amp app there is and this seems s hands down the best as far as tone and all of the options. Even the default rig is amazing. Thanks guys

Great ITB tone for endless possibilities

Like any rational guitar player, my GAS for amp sims will be never ending but this comes really close to making me rethink buying them now. I try out a lot of good ones but keep coming back to this, it really has all the tools I need to get some great tones and the IR implementation is probably my favorite on iOS. The EQ is very useful as well and the convolution reverb is great so I can throw some spring reverb at the end of the chain. Excellent work.

Surprisingly Exceptional

This is imo, the fastest, easiest, most economical way to get a highly configurable high gain, high quality guitar sound. The richness of the distortion is thick and complex. A fantastic new design interface. Highly recommended! It might be a bit tricky to get a chimey AC 30 sound that dirties up when you raise the volume on your guitar…but I’m working on it, lol.

Still my go to Guitar Amp on iPad iPhone and iMac

Back when issues were happening with all DSP iOS apps, I had to find something bc Rhino wouldn’t load… I searched high and low, I downloaded almost every NEMBRIN metal amp, BIAS, and all the IRloaders and NONE matched the KILLER sound that I could get from Rhino! I’m so glad that they got their issues resolved!

Essential iOS guitar multi amp

When you outgrow tonebridge, tonex, GigFast, and primo, get Rhino. There’s lots to learn here before moving onto a multifx app (I recommend yonac's) and the open world of auv3 and hosts (AUM/audiobus/sessions/loopy). Suggestions: ability to lock input and gate settings (or any section) when changing presets, and easier to tap on/off buttons. (I have to turn off the input each time I use a built in preset because the gate/input settings don’t fit my pickups.)

Great App but

I think this is a great sounding app. I just recently purchased the app and I’m still learning its functionality. I gave it four stars, because it would be great for the app to have a stage preset selection for live playing, like most other amp sim apps. Also, it would be great if the developers add a setting where the app stays open and prevents the iPad screen from locking.

Best guitar rig sim I have found!

I play everything from blues to Prog rock...Rhino does it all! Any chance we could get AUV3 support? Great job guys!

Ive tried them all, and this hands down the best amp sim.

Spent a few 100s of dollars on apps, this one is in my top 5 along with mammoth. Can’t believe this quality is available to iOS for such a low cost. If you’re thinking about buying it…. DO IT!

Hissing

It sounds really good but I keep getting a hissing noise. Even when I turn everything off, it stays. Can’t quite figure it out. Other than that, awesome plugin.

Amazing for the price!

This is so good for so cheap. I was skeptical about buying it but the reviews sold me and I’m glad I bought it because it’s literally better than most of the ones I’ve purchased for 100s of dollars . It’s just not for metal even though that’s what I play mostly so if you play other genres you can get any sound you want especially the cleans are outstanding. The layout takes a minute to get used to but once you do it’s amazing the tones you can create 🤘🏻🤘🏻

Sounds great, but…

Rhino is a great, simple amp sim that does what it says on the label. No complaints, there. My issue comes when I use it as an AUV3 plugin for LoopyPro. It takes up about 40 percent of my iPads ram. So I have to ditch it. If I just needed an amp sim to play live, this would cover it!

One problem

Not sure if this is fixable or if it is dependent on the users amp and phone, but it will really ear rape you on screeching sounds and I would like to use those, change the input, and save it as my own preset and delete the scratchy ones but I don’t think I can. Other than that, great app and works very nice, very cool modern look and probably one of the best amp sims I’ve seen.

Sounds great but au is not usable

The app itself using alone sounds good and has alot of great features. Unfortunately it cannot be used as an AU with logic on ipad because of the plugin window hides half the controls with no way to access them.

Latency

When I use this app as a AUv3 in AUM there is no noticeable latency. When I use this app,as a standalone the latency is horrible.
