Not designed by a bus rider.

There are no words to describe how frustrating it is to needlessly stand in the rain for twenty minutes because this app has gives no alert when the busses/trains stop running.

Confusing

There’s two different times; “Live” and “Scheduled” .Half of the times, the Live time becomes scheduled, and before you know it, bus doesn’t pass and you’re already waiting at your stop for no reason....

Helpful but could use some updates

I found this app very helpful. It allowed me to get to school. There were a couple of times within the 3yrs that used it when buses were running late or wouldn’t show up at all, so I wish Metro could keep this app updated with that info. Other than that i thought it was pretty easy to use and helpful.

Doesn’t show delays

The app is very nice! It helps me to know when to start going to the bus stop but Only problem I have is it doesn’t show if a bus is delayed or not. It always lights green when the bus is on time or near but it never tells you if it’s late

Good but can be better

Great visualizations of local routes, but should also include Park & Ride Routes. Ideally, this should be combined with the QTicketing app to have a 1 stop app.

Just up and stopped working

App was reasonably accurate until one day it just stopped giving estimated or scheduled times.

Issue with setting time

This is a great and very useful app but sometimes it has its issues. Currently one of the issues is that when I try to plan a trip a few hours ahead, it won’t let me adjust the time. It only gives me the option to tap on the current time.

Never seems to work

I have iPhone 12 mini and most of the time, the app shows there is no service when there clearly are bus routes near where I want to board the bus. It also will only show one arrival when clearly I'm near a bus stop.
