jump thru hoops for prior authorization

it’s literally a process of run around to get anything done that needs prior authorization. not to mention it took over a year and two hours to get their app working. i can’t stand this insurance. i spend more time contacting them instead getting what i need done.

Poorly-built app for a scummy company

Two stars for at least having a semi-functional, occasionally real-time chat with a human. Otherwise: app forces you to update before using it, even for "minor bug fixes" releases - there goes my monthly data. "Call us" button connects to an unmonitored line that hangs up immediately. Available hours are minimal East Coast business - no support for West Coasters, I guess. App nags you for personal health data they don't need, but want to better deny your coverage.
