Ring - Always Home App Reviews

Has a solar charger and is still slow to connect when something is in front of it. 🙄 This defeats the purpose of wanting this camera in front for when vehicles are unauthorized to be in my yard!!!!

Can you add more doorbell sounds and motion alerts? Would love some new year’s music. Auld Lang Syne would be a great one.

Its an ok cam but the problem with it is it doesn't always pick up motion no matter how the settings are and also it has a bad habit of fogging up.

The latest update 5.93.1 removed the ability to go to the Event History feature for ALL cameras and view the videos in sequential order no matter what camera videoed, with the Next symbol on the video review screen. If you go to all video review NOW, if you review a video on one camera, you get stuck scrolling within that camera only!! We need the feature back from the Event History feature.

Make it easier to log in when you change phone devices. It was impossible to log in after getting a new phone. I had to enter a completely different email address to establish the account!

I went to see who was at the door and it said must update to see and I really didn’t like that!

I receive notifications on a strange basis. Sometimes it picks up on me coming and going, sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes it picks up on cars driving by (the camera doesn’t even face the street) and sometimes it doesn’t. It’s caused me to be a bit jaded with actually looking at the notifications because they’re often nothing. The neighbors forum did not let me post the footage of a stranger standing on my [broke] patio table and leaning over the second story balcony because it thought I was bull

Ring App does not want to update.

I have five ring camera’s, always reliable, always available. My daughter just installed 4 on her home and she is also installing the ring window alarms by her pool area. I could not ask for a better product.

I WOULD BE 100 % satisfied if only the camera quality was better. I love the app. I love the ease of use. Ease of installation, love the notifications sent to my phone, BUT for gods sake it’s 2022 1080p is borderline unacceptable these days. Please ring people! We want 4K. JOSEPH RUTINSKI.

I would like the cameras to record longer for the battery cameras.

How do I make each video longer?

We own a lot of proprieties. For the money this is amazing!

I like it because it keeps me aware of things in neighborhood and tracking movements in front of my door alerts when waiting for deliveries they have options to ring the bell just recently caught thief stealing package from my door

It would be nice if you would notify the people who use this app when you make a change to the app it’s very irritating to figure out if there’s something different or some thing wrong with the way the app is working and you call and find out now you have to go through an extra step to do something that you didn’t have to do before

The Smart Responses does not load from the Ring app for the doorbell. Once I click on the button, it acts like it’s loading, but does not load. Sometimes the cameras don’t pick everything up even if the sensitivity is set high.

Ever since Rapid Ring was no longer supported, my alerts are delayed by 15+ minutes! Hard to answer the doorbell once you get the alert and the person has been gone for over 15 minutes… The only reason we switched to ring was because the app had such great reviews. Everything was fine until then.

Issues with color. During day it would be color then change to black and white When I need to watch something very quick either takes forever or can’t get to it watch at all When there’s motion movement it stops and it should continue I have the range on and on at all times I have two batteries they are always charged

The dawn-to-dusk light schedule of the outdoor camera floodlight that has been working for several years has stopped working correctly it does not turn on at dusk. I have to turn it on manually and then in the morning it does not shut off at dawn. Please fix this.

Unfortunately, this app fails to support Modes for the indoor cam. The indoor cam device settings has a mode configuration button however when choosing a mode to configure, no indoor cams are in the list to configure. This inconsistency is annoying and the missing functionality is necessary.

Nice feature, however it seem like the map haven’t been updated at least 5-6 years.😒

Live the ability to see live and updated videos of my home and it's surroundings

Add the button back that way I can push the record button while watching the camera on live. To record something if needed .

Love the Ring cameras they work great and let you know when someone is coming or going. Great cameras to have around ur house

Alarm contact sensor needs snooze feature or a way to say if open to long then notify me…(like myq) Also link individual sensors to individual cameras Front door open turn on side camera for example… Thank you

The newest update is not good. Videos won’t load seems like it goes offline at random times.

I am a fan of ring devices and I love them! But for some reason I don’t really get a notification that someone pressed my doorbell, Not sure why it’s not really working.

Bug: Please fix the zoomed video when the phone is vertical.

Me and my wife have retired ten (10) Nest cameras primarily because of all the issues that Nest system’s have had. With the Ring security cameras, absolutely no issues at all.

Am I only one doesn't get notification from ring doorbell? When someone drop package, someone come in, ring doorbell and doesn't pop up on my phone so I checked everything it seem normal.
