I have been playing this game for two years now. I have contacted customer service several times to ask questions due to the lack of understanding game play. I have had a hiccup here and there, theses guys and gals have always responded quickly and solved any concerns. Best group of people ever! Raefel Really would like to receive Alchemist and Craftman 😉😂😉😁

I love ROE, but state 700 needs more players, or needs a merger with another state. A lot of dead accounts, plus need more recruits for alliances. Please take this in to account. 💚😎

I downloaded this because I like farming and things like that and what they were doing in the ad for this game looked fun! But that’s not at all what this game is about 👎!!! I have see that ad who knows how many times so change it!!! If you like war, battles and building up a army and stuff like that this is probably a good game for you. But it is not for me. Thank you for your time! :)

A fun game. It’s not as pay to win as people say. A few things to add: Maybe more houses? Instead of upgrading the houses to get a higher population you would just build more houses and have a more realistic city. Also maybe more rustic buildings. There are these big extravagant blue and golden palaces and they just seem out of place with the stone walls and farmland. It’s still an awesome strategy game though and I highly recommend it.

The game has been monetized and changed to the point of rapidly become game of war and destroying itself. I know one thing I’ll never start over after this years changes. Removing roc3 too was a huge mistake poorly communicated and destroyed peoples experience and expectations

Enjoyable game so far, but why do we see every congratulation for anyone playing? What is the reason to have this message every few seconds? Please make an option to not see these notifications.

I’m new to the game and so far it’s very fun and interactive. One thing I don’t really like is that you need stamina to attack maruders and gather resources. That’s one of the big points of the game and making players wait kind of defeats the purpose of the game besides attacking others.

When you share your account. It’s not counting any more. For the last two days it’s not going through. So you can earn advance hero items. Please fix it.

The game is fun and very well thought out. The only reason I gave it a 3 star rating is because of the CONSTANT pop up banners about people obtaining “this” or “that”. We really don’t care because we don’t know who those people are. Take the stupid pop up banners off and this would be a 5* game for sure

Definitely love it. Just like back in the day on PC but with that open PVP add-on.

Looks like AOE, but it is very different. A lot of fun sometimes. Extreme pay to play. And not just a little. It’s expensive. Those who pay have all the power.

I want to resolve an issue that bothers me I have no problem putting time in and even money when I want to what bothers me is when people sell farm accounts and openly message people. Why haven’t you put a stop to this?

Great game. There are glitches in the music/sounds, coin rewards, and the screen freezes. The coin rewards not dropping into inventory is the worst of it.

I wish I could spectate the battles rather than just pressing the attack button

All the fun and so interesting, time flies while playing and growing and attacking mobs and stealing money from tents and food and lumber and whatever you are in search of, find in this game.

Get new phone and you have to re-run that awful starting tutorial

On Sept. 20th at about 10:45 am I sent out three on my men to take money from 3 camp just received one this has been happening to often you people have a problem not giving what is owe to us someone is not doing their job very well. Thank You.

Not at all like the pictures- blatant false advertisement. However, the real game is actually very fun. No need to advertise falsely. I don’t get that.

Please fix whatever bug that is preventing me from claiming any of my coin or diamond rewards, everything else seems to be working except that. I think I have an iPhone 6s if that helps?

Please add Persian language. Play more than 30 Iranians in the game every year and it is very difficult to communicate.

The game is amazing! One thing I hate is that it is pay to win, but you can easily play and enjoy the game without spending any money but it will be harder to evolve!

It’s good game but the raids are kinda boring and when I raid people it takes like 8 mins just to get a base right next to me

The only thing I would change is migration. I have a castle hung in one state but it won’t let me migrate it to my state where my main and farms are located. Just waiting until it opens up at some point.

There is a major bug in the game concerning iron storage.

I like this game, but would love it if I could play it on my computer instead of my phone. I have IOS 11.1 on my computer so I can’t download it. I hope you guys are going to make it available for the new IOS system.

It’s probably been a year or so that if been looking for a game to settle down with. An I found it . This game is super fun. Obviously find an active alliance to keep things entertaining. So many things to do inside the game .

I play this game often. I spend a great deal of time on it. However it will not connect to WiFi! Yes I checked my setting, yes I uninstalled and reinstalled. It’s frustrating because I cannot get any help with this.

The game is sucked at chapter 1, build a house. I tried to click the “ hand”, it didn’t work.

I just recently got the game it has been fun I’ve enjoyed every second of it so far there’s no problems I’ve had with it except the micro transaction but I’m not complaining the game is amazing keep up the good work and I wish you well

The game is good but is always freezing, and I stop playing after not be able to continue with the tutorial because of an error after touching the screen.

This game is nothing like age of empires and is not enjoyable. If you like age of empires don’t get this game
