45 Positive User Reviews for RISE: Sleep Tracker
I was actually expecting a free sleep tracker and not one of those scummy ones where they make you pay just to even open the app or something, but $59.99 A YEAR!? I know it’s once a year, but I somehow can’t get that much money in a year. I just do my house chores so I’m my mom gives me a few bucks but THIS is too expensive for me… still… the app design is very good and I like how it calculates what time I should sleep tonight before I got stuck at this paywall. So, since I’m feeling generous, I
It’s pretty cool quiz and info to be checked out.
it’s a good app but when i asked for no free trial it gave me one without me knowing and i ended up paying 70 dollars without myself knowing.
Will update once I’ve tried it for 2 weeks
Most apps like this are a complete turn off because they take you through an entire questionnaire and ask for permission to access your data and then when it’s time for them to give you any kind of answer, they slap you with a monthly or annual subscription fee if you wanna find out the answer. Not the case. You answer the questions you give them the data they give you the answers.
This app is amazing. It has been helpful
Because I don’t have to pay a dime because there is a app you cannot download from the App Store. You have to download it from a website and you can get multiple subscriptions on multiple apps. Without paying a single dime in the app is called KSign search it up on Google how to get KSign there’s gonna be millions of websites and you’re gonna have to restart your phone, but it is worth it
Very useful, and after a couple months, my sleep has stabilized and I no longer need the help!
It’s a fantastic app, very smart. But again, I’m not paying that much a year to know when to sleep.
Can be a bit pricey but it helped me get a stance on what my sleep looks like.
okay so far i am loving this app and what it is doing for my sleep but I am in college and there are some mornings i have to wake up super early and some mornings I can sleep in. I wish there was an option for us to add our schedule so that the app can configure a better time for us to go to sleep and wake up based on those days where we don’t have a choice when we wake up. also if we could put our schedule in, there could be an option of “when can you fit a nap into your day” or something along
It’s helping out a bunch to figure out my best schedule
Idk man it’s simple but as long as I have something to track my sleep debt I’m fine with the app
I’m a very poor sleeper. Not quite insomnia but close. The scheduled ups and lows are so useful for scheduling activities like chores and the gym. It explains why I feel so sluggish sometimes and then 5 minutes later I have energy. Also good for work schedules. Sometimes you don’t have any control but you can try. Great app. Worth the cost.
I want to improve myself without spending money
Very good app
very super ultra extra good
The StandBy Widgets are AMAZING! Too bad they disappear from their respective stacks each time the app gets updated. Notifications are great when first setup, but if you customize them at all later - they all shut off. Phone motion is great if you only have 1 devices, but if you have multiple you’ll find yourself modifying the recorded sleep every morning. At least there’s the activity movement bars to make that determination significantly easier.
it's a cute tracker and has little built in like journaling and white noise things, I like that but it just took information from my health app and didn't really do much else? I already know that I sleep at 2-3 and wake up at 11-12 I don't really need to pay a subscription for you to tell me that you know? telling me that doesn't really help me at all to become a morning person because they just say that's how my melatonin works
Wow I thought it’d be just another app noooo it is spot on accurate and so helpful. Must! Try it out.
I LOVE THE RINGTONE!!! First review I leave in years!
I’ve used this app for years and I love it. It always helps me reset my sleep schedule when I get off the wagon too long. The new energy schedule UI looks so good too!
Too early to know
I love this app. I used jt for a week and that week was incredible. I slept better than I have in months. Unfortunately, I can’t afford to pay the year subscription fee and there is not a monthly payment option. Once I’m done with college and earning more, I will absolutely start using it again. If you can afford it, it’s absolutely worth it.
It helped me understand my sleep pattern.
I love everything about this app I just can’t afford to pay ~$70 for a year up front. If there was a month-to-month option I 100% would resubscribe @devs please 🥺
Thank you for this amazing app. It’s very helpful if you have problems with your sleep. And step by step it helps to solve all of them.
I’ve just recently downloaded for the first time and set up everything i need for my first night. In exploring the app, checking out the schedule feature and other things I’ve gotten stuck on freeze screens and have to relaunch the app. Makes me nervous my alarm won’t go off.
This app drains may battery far and away more than any other app, even just running in the background. Also, the features are good but in no way justify the cost…you get almost as much from the built-in Apple Health
I’ve discovered Rise over a year ago and since then it’s my daily checkpoint. Before seeing the sleep debt numbers I didn’t understand how exhausted I really was. The biggest difference was when I finally reduced it to 0. It was a journey of several months, but I felt years younger after. Highly recommend and hope sleep hygiene will become a widespread norm with the help of a tool like this.
90% of the time it’s great but if I forget to check the data the morning after it’s really hard to go back to adjust the time q
After the free trial ends, it defaults to charging you 60$ for a year. I don’t know why the developers thought this was a good idea, definitely should be charging month to month and not a.. single.. annual.. charge… just in case people don’t like the app. If I didn’t like the app, and it charged me 60$ for a year, you best believe that I would cancel the charge and give this a one star review.
On the app you have to turn on the motion & fitness setting but im using an iPad and it doesn’t have that setting
i think overall it’s a really helpful app. it’s help me monitor my sleep well and lets me see my sleep debt. ALTHOUGH, the alarm seems to only work sometimes? it bothers me a lot and i can never seem to rely on it. i hope the developers fix this, and the gradual wake up stays at the same volume.
I love this app during my trial period. I would love to see monthly subscriptions instead of one large amount per year. I would definitely get the premium feature if it was available.
Great app with great insights and awesome support team if you have questions. Highly recommended!
A lot of insights so far in my 6 days of use!
keeping track of your sleep seems like a tedious thing to do, but it really does help with trying to get your sleep schedule.
Good app— I like that it calculates your sleep debt based on your previous nights’ sleeps, tells you how much energy you will have and when, and when your melatonin window is and therefore the ideal time for you to go to sleep. I wish this was free like Sleep Cycle, but alas it is not— not worth $60/yr to me. There are just too many apps — if I paid for them all, I’d be giving my salary away.
I can’t stress enough how much more energy you will have by following this schedule! Plus the alarm is pretty catchy 😉
Not only is the app very clean and smooth. The support team there is very professional and nice.
I was really hopeful that this app could help me since I feel exhausted so often, but I just can’t spend $60 for a yearly subscription when I’ve got rent, groceries, and so many other bills to worry about. And I would actually have to spend $120 since my wife wants to use it too 😢 I wish they offered monthly subscriptions because then I might be able to swing it. A family plan would be nice too.
3 Negative User Reviews for RISE: Sleep Tracker
The app does little more than the regular apple heath app with the addition of tracking sleep debt. The activities section of the app is useless. it promises to be able to track the activities you do throughout the day, but all you can do is mention you play sports or workout and that’s as far as it goes. No logging time or anything. App comes with an “ai personal assistant.” Probably the worst ai I have ever talked to. It is no help, it just restates your question and hardly gives useful soluti
It’s a cool app, but it won’t let me delete it off my phone unless I try the free trial and offering a longer one. The aggressive marketing is annoying
This app was working okay but it and its widget stopped about two weeks ago. What’s the deal?
