First day of spring is here!!!!!!!!
Fabulous treats for my teenagers and for myself! The app is clunky, requires you to “scan” QR code BEFORE being rung up, but there are no scanners and you can’t enter receipts into the app, have to proactively show cashier your loyalty ID in app before saying your order as it’s “too late” once they put order in. Me (and many others per reviews) have lost free loyalty treats due to these combined issues. Also there is no ‘rewards history’ in app to see which days your transaction counted. I wrot
My boys love this Rita’s app! It is so easy and fun to use!!
The app is well designed, but the rewards system is flawed. I frequently go to Rita’s and always scan my QR code for points, but it hardly ever shows up on my app.
Love using my app to get free treats with the loyalty program.
I love using the app at my local Rita’s and earning free treats!
Just discovered we have a Rita’s not far from me and they mentioned the app. Looks like mainly a loyalty program (reminds me of bath and body works in that way) but the “order” button has me excited for what must be coming.
It works! This update fixed the issue I had. Now I can track my points easily.
My kids love Rita’s. We use Rita's as motivation for our kids to get their homework done and chores complete. I love the Rita’s app for the Rita’s rewards program.
The app has been great. I love to see it be point based. The app worked well at the window. I cannot wait until online ordering comes. I love Rita’s and love supporting local small businesses.
I like only a few flavors. You have too many, do my favorite, Fudge Brownie, is rarely offered. So I call four Rita's stores that are within 15 minutes of my house to see if anyone has it. (They rarely do.). It would be a game changer if I could look on the app at all nearby stores and see who has it.
You can’t even look at the menu without selecting a restaurant. You can’t select a restaurant that doesn’t allow mobile ordering. Well none of them have mobile ordering available. The only thing this app works for is checking and presenting your rewards. It’s frustrating to use everytime without fail and is more of a hassle than it is helpful. I would come to Rita’s more often if the app was worth anything.
so there have been several times i’ve gone and wanted to warn the visit up until you get a free small and i went about 5-6 different times unable to earn anything because the scanner wouldn’t work. finally, i was able to earn a free small one and when i went to redeem it, that didn’t work. kinda annoying really
