Best Christmas present I ever bought myself. Love it💙

I love the Roborock! I was vacuuming 3 times a day because of pet hair and now I rarely have to pull out the regular vacuum. I do however wish it vacuumed faster and that the mop actually got up stuck on stuff on the floor. I find myself still mopping my regular once a week but super appreciative of the fact that it cleans the surface throughout the week. Worth the money!

I am a 79 yr old with a dog that sheds. I am absolutely amazed with the Roborock Q5. The ease of mapping, scheduling vacuum days and rooms, setting up invisible walls and no go zones was so easy even for someone who is not tech savvy. All that and it is so efficient! So glad I trashed my old Roomba and purchased this. BTW I have both hardwood and carpeted floors. This iRobot cleans both with no problem and is so quiet too. Absolutely love it.

The Roborock app works great for single-level homes or when cleaning on the same level as the base station. However, using it on a second level without the base station is very frustrating. There’s no clear way to prepare the robot for another level, mapping requires awkward start/stop steps, and newly created maps get wiped when returning to the dock. The app needs better multi-level support.

If you are waiting like I did, just bite the bullet and buy it. I am celebrating how clean my floors look and feel. One tip! Get the liquid floor cleaner when you buy it and don't use too much.

One of the best choices my wife and I have made about cleaning products. This robot is amazing.

It cleans thoroughly, is quiet, and gets into corners and under furniture. I love the options and how easy it is to use. My only criticism is that it can only clean about 60% of my house on a charge.

Love this Robot. Would have liked the App to allow for you to rename a schedule. Otherwise, great job overall.

The best thing I bought. Clean so good vacuum and wash. Love it now he has a name “best helper💙” . If you can’t decide which one vacuum to get no brainer Roboroc is the best choice.

Loving my Roborock. Our place is hard floors throughout so decided to give a robot vacuum a go. Very impressed with how well it cleans. Not perfect, but good enough to keep the place looking clean. And the app is so easy to use. Managing the schedule, occasional spot cleans, etc is a piece of cake.

One of the best investment we have made. Now our floor is clean everyday.

I just switched from Roborock s5 (which I don’t know why Roborock app don’t support it) to S8, overall the app is great on iPhone but on iPad it shows a small screen just like iPhone! Mi home is not like that and optimized for iPad, please update the app to work with iPad screen.

This is my first vacuum/mopping bot, and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’m super impressed! The app tells me when something gets stuck, when one of the tanks needs filling or emptying, really when anything needs to be done, allowing me to focus on other things. It also provides me with tips about the bot and setting up cleaning routines was relatively easy. Nice app and bot combo!

My wife loves it. Cleans the whole house. Suggest a streaming video on how to do set and programming. The written instructions leave a lot to be desired. RoboRocket customer service is very good at providing help. Now, if would only make and bring me my cappuccino in the morning.

The most recent update has really made maps glitchy. Edits are very slow or totally freezes the app. And today my map deleted itself.

I own S7VMax Ultra . It vacuums and mops my laminate are floors . The floors never looked that good ! Phenomenal !! App easy to use . Hopefully it gets even better with time . The best purchase ever !

It learns and cleans and scrubs, and it’s fun to watch.

Can’t help myself… this robot rocks. The app is pretty good too. Lots of optionality and easy to use. Just a couple of things that slightly annoy me but with how much easier this will make it to keep clean floors the minor annoyances almost aren’t worth mentioning. Very happy with our new robot and the app. This company is very innovative.

Only problem I have is sometimes I put a wall somewhere and the robot still goes there… Also why can’t you add room to clean while the robot already started cleaning the rooms you selected. Other then that keep up the great job 👏🏼

The app is fairly easy to use and it stable. I can also connect to the vacuum. My only issue is changing maps. It is not straight forward.

I love this machine it helps me out a lot.

We have an old S4 and it’s still being supported. It works great, absolutely no issues with it at all. Once our S4 finally gives up the ghost we will definitely get another Roborock.

My husband bought Roborock a couple years ago. He had surgery and then got a stroke. I am machine blind. We couldn’t use it for long time. This time, my sister and her youngest daughter came from South Korea . They made it work. Roborock upgraded the floor and my life. I usually mop in the evening and Roborock sweep in the morning every other day! Thanks to science and Roborock! My allergy to dust became much better. Top notch Product.

This is simple software 101. Showing a small iPhone screen on a 12” iPad is ridiculous! Please update. This robot is so expensive to not have a real iPad control app.

It would be a huge plus if you can select in order which rooms you want it to clean first to last. Also needs to run longer on battery life at least down to 10% before going to dock to recharge.

I love the app, but wish we could use routines for the s7 as you can for the s7 max

No sounds for notifications. Can you please make it to where app notifications make sounds?

The vacuums seem dumber than anything else on the market. Truly frustrating.

Because of the error I keep having , I am not enjoying this product
