Can you guys make it so where we do not have to connect our Wi-Fi’s to the tv for the app to work? I use the roku app because my remote stopped working, but since I switched my wifi plan, I had to connect the new wifi to the tv but I could not do that because in order for me to use the online remote, both tv and the phone have to be on the same wifi, and I could not use the remote cause it wasn’t on the same wifi.

This makes her life better when you can’t find your remote sometimes when you can’t find your remote make sure you’re down the Roku app. It can show finder and remote control controller. Once somebody find your remote. You don’t have to use Roku. I hope you enjoy. Make sure you download the Roku

App constantly freezes up. Other apps streaming “seems” to be ok, but there is definitely a problem with FOX.

This app is amazing you would think it’s a scam and a waste of time with a bunch of adds but no! This app has no adds and completely free! This is the opposite of a scam!!!! All you have to do is allow it to track and allow all the pop ups and then there Is no more things disturbing you from a night to yourself! There is a volume button AND YOU CAN EVEN PLUG A PEAR OF HEAD PHONES IN AND LISTEN TO YOUR TV TOO!! WHEN YOU LOOSE YOUR REMOT NO WORRIES JUST GRAB YOUR PHONE CONNECT IT AND BAM YOU GOT A

This app is overall amazing, but i would like to know, how would i turn down the volume using the app? My remote recently got lost and my volume is max, so idk how to change that. But other then that its great! :)

It’s such an helpful app. It shuts off, turns on, plays shows that I was watching last time. It has everything I need when I lose the real remote! 😅

App updated about two weeks ago and now it won’t connect to my roku device anymore. Just searches and searches..

Every time I click on private listening the app crashes, so cannot listen to my TV with headphones please would give this a five star if it was working because it was working before

With the new iOS updates for iPhone, private listening stopped working. It would connect to my phone, but there would be no audio. I finally tried turning off the VPN on my phone and voila!! Problem solved!!

With the installation of iOS 16 the app does not “hold” private listening function - which I (try to) use often.

It keeps on kicking me out for no reason

It is the best app for me and my family and friends they lose it a lot so you should download it right now Asp .it is cool and you can write on the menu you go to Connect to Tv and then it take you to the remote then it is a key board at the top and then it Connect to your tv and can watch on the Roku app ain’t that cool have great day.

The app works fairly well if you plan to use it as a regular remote, however if you choose to use its private listening feature, you’re in for some disappointment. The sound gets extremely choppy, and sometimes even cuts out completely or disconnects from the tv mid-use. This causes the tv to revert back to the volume you set it at when listening normally. I love the “Private Listening” feature on the app. I can use phone and headphones / AirPods etc for sound. It’s often loud in my house. I can watch a show and family can be noisy. It’s been buggy lately. It will play sound perfectly for some time then start cutting in and out. I have to restart app to correct the problem. Sometimes every few minutes. In that case I have to restart the Roku. It worked perfectly for a long period of time. I would also like the option to play sound through

I like the app a ton, the content I was looking and have been watch is older so it works for me and that stuff is free. Commercials are not to many and are not too long. Other apps like paramount plus and tu I have more commercials and are longer.

It’s an extremely handy app and is a great substitute for grabbing my remote, but in a lot of cases the connectivity in the headphone audio is to unstable for me to bear. I wanna watch with my AirPods and can’t because it always disconnects

This is the real Roku app, don’t use any other. This works on the two Roku TVs I have, and the 2 Roku boxes with zero problems. Makes the remote a voice and keyboard entry machine! You’ll love it!!

The app was fine before the last update and alleged “bug fixes” now it won’t open at all. I’ve even tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. I’m about to just say the hell with Roku honestly. They charge more for services through them than the actual services charge! Plus I’ve been having remote control issues for years. Their tv is absolute junk.
