Think it’s cool they put it on mobile once I get my new laptop Im going to buy it for my laptop and barbarian invasion I used to have it on my old laptop when I was a kid so it’ll be fun to play.

The campaign is fun but then it’s death by micro management

Would give it 5 stars if the sound worked. Other than that, solid game and run really well

Hello, developers. The first thing I want to say is that this is a great game, but as I’ve been playing it for quite some time, I’ve started to notice some issues with the units—sometimes they don’t move when you give them a command, or they stay in one place when you tell them to move, especially when attacking cities. This causes all of the units to be killed by arrow towers. Please update this game. I really like it.

Love this game. Wish there more expansions and possibly bring other classics like Panzer general and others.

I have always struggled total war playing on computers but when I started to play the mobile version I could finally enjoy the master piece

Something with the newer update. The game just no longer recognizes touch screen. Nothing wrong with my phone or ipad. Also sound doesnt work on either. I’ve deleted and redownloaded it like 5x now on both. Please fix this issue!!

Overall, Rome Total War is a great game. Any fan of strategy or RTS games should absolutely consider buying it. However, there are some bugs. The most prominent of these is a weird glitch pertaining to the fog and war and console commands. Whenever I start a new campaign, the fog of war is off, and I cannot open the console command to fix it. I personally consider this a game breaking bug, but others might not, or might not experience it. Of not for that, Rome Total War would easily get a 5/5 re

A near-perfect port with beautiful optimization. It’s incredible that I can play a fully-fledged game of TW on my phone.

Thank you, originally had this game on PC when first released. Still a daily obsession.

Can you guys consider putting one of the total wars game on phones with the British empire so I can conquer everything with British line men ?

I’ve beaten the whole game. Looking to get medieval total war too when I have some time. But the one I’m really looking forward to is Empire total war.

I’ve been watching the pc versions and it looks amazing but one thing I noticed there is way more factions to choose and units to fight. So please add more of both if you do I’ll be stuck on and other people will play.

The title literally explains for itself. I take a settlement, I click on a shrine/temple to destroy and the second I hit the destroy button, the game crashes. I tried restarting the game but every time I attempt to destroy a shrine, the game just simply crashes. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!!!

The battle mechanism was better :( - app also crashes, I sent emails about it with the bug report and I never got a reply back

Big fan of this classic, and the conversion to iOS is nearly perfect. Unfortunately the touch controls are simply awful and cause a massive lack of maneuverability during battles. It gets easier as you get used to it, but the two and three finger touch options never work easily enough, for any game, let alone one in which quick decision making and action are required. Otherwise this is a 5 star game.

I have played this game for years and as such I love using the RomeShell to make scenarios for myself. It doesn't seem to work in newer iOS versions. Any plans to fix this?

So I love Total war games, but recently I’ve only been able to play on iPad. All of the total war games on mobile are amazing but I want more total war games like war hammer. So please Devs if you see this please reply or put more total war games on mobile.

Could you add a way to fight in the siege battles and navy battles and also have better graphics but other than that this is a must play game

a great game very good for strategy,only thing is, it can handle up to 5 factions in a battle without getting buggy which is good. if only it had a little stronger engine

Hands done the most to the point battle game. Nothing like making that quick decision that turns the battle in your favor

It’s good but I could use a free lord of the rings I don’t want to waste my money just to play the same thing if you guys make a lord of the rings I’ll play every day pls do

Creators should think about making more.

The game is beautiful, but how come I can have large units with the Roman factions but not the other ones?!

Game is great, did a review before but I can’t find it. I understand how to get RomeShell to pop up, but it is very hard to trigger. The game also doesn’t rotate and you have to play a certain way. Overall, terrific port. Worth the money.

Awesome game just like I remember. we should put it in VR

Overall the game is a masterpiece of a port to the iOS. When I had the game on my iPhone X I had no issues opening the RomeShell (console) but now on my iPhone 13 Max I can’t get it to trigger. Easy 5/5 if that is fixed.

Love the game! Played on PC. Have barbarian invasion and Alexander. Play them all often still on my phone. Would be great to get controller support for backbone.

Well it is just tiny. Politely speaking it’s like clash of clans with 200 guys on each side. Kinda weird and far from what battlefield is like. Tried resetting the data but no worky. Fix it soon plz.

Overall pretty good. They do need to fix the graphics but it is generally a little bit bothers me but to much. PS, BING BACK ORIGINAL UNIT SIZES. 4.5

It’s a great game but there’s a bug where the units are actually smaller in size than usual. Normally, it’s eighty or so for hasta to but now, it’s like 20 a piece.

Love the game . Had it on pc back in the day with all the disks and what not . However I’m in the middle of a campaign on my iPhone and each time I hit the same part the game crashes on me it’s happened 4 days in a row I can’t get past it . Could really used a solution, other then that’s its 5 stars
