I’m pretty impatient and I love being able to have the latest location of my package easily available to me.

This app makes it easy to see exactly where your stuff is. This app is the future because people deserve to know exactly where their stuff is from start to delivery. It’s the little things that make us feel good and a collection of the little things makes a big thing.

I love the software to track all packages

Got notification from this app that Chico’s order was placed. It gave a tracking for both Fed Ex and an order number for store. The thing is I never placed an order with that store yesterday and they said order number incorrect. They don’t use Fed Ex but use UPS. I’m very nervous now as to how this got to me. The destination listed is not where I live nor do I know anyone there. Please fix this!

It kept me updated on every package I have coming to my address. It kept me more updated than any tracking number ever did.

Easy to use and smooth!

About 50% of the time that I enter a USPS tracking number the system says “Tracking via Wizmo”. I have to manually go into each one and Report Incorrect Data, search for USPS, and select USPS. I should not have to do this. Please fix.

Notifies me where my package is updates on any delays and keeps you filled in on your progression I no longer have to worry or wonder what’s going on or taking so long with my packages and I can process refunds through the app themselves

This used to be the best tracker but over the past year, it’s rarely accurate. I always have duplicate entries, errors, packages don’t update. I’m moving on to another app.

I had no idea this was an option till my recent purchase and so far I think it’s awesome! The app has been helpful. I don’t find myself spending time logging into each account to see when it will arrive.

Delivery estimates conflict with the ones received from the carrier. Repeatedly disconnects from Amazon. Just generally not useful.

My mother will love this. You have mad it so easy to send.

This is a terrific app except for one thing. Consistently and daily losing connection with Amazon. It gets annoying to have to log in all the time. If it’s Amazon’s fault, not surprised. If it’s Route’s fault, please do better.

I love using this app for tracking packages, especially for spending sprees or important/high value parcels. The only thing I wish there was added to this app is the ability to add a note or description of what the item is as sometimes all I have is a tracking number and it can be confusing.

I love the little map where you can see where all your packages currently are in the world. Pretty fun!

This app is so accurate! It keeps me posted so that I can meet the package/driver at the door!

I was leery at first, man I was pleasantly surprised. They keep track of ALL my orders and when they'll be here. The only thing I could see change is the tracking number. If they had both theirs and the shippers tracking

Normally I’m iffy about getting apps if something I buy tells me too but Route is a great app it tracks all your packages and it has a pretty cool user interface!

It’s nice to have insurance on interstate commerce. Route fills that niche perfectly.

Great app i Just downloaded another app that some I bought suggested and this thing picked it up and I didn’t even have to link it love this app, sometimes it will say the wrong time but other than that it’s a good app for the arrival time of ur product usually off kinda scary but for the most part it got here before that time

I haven’t opened this app once recently where it didn’t crash or freeze. Updates are sometimes fast, but are often times very delayed. Duplicate packages get reported but are just re-added later on. And almost everything that doesn’t come from a major shipper is incorrect - wrong name, wrong tracking (one even gave me three tracking numbers). And the worst part? You can’t change ANY of it. I’d rather manually enter deliveries than deal with this. I’ll be looking for an alternative that actuall

Seriously Frank and Oak? I need to go through the hassle of installing an app and giving them my info to track a shirt?? Sorry, no. What a waste of time. Bye Frank, bye oak.
