Great!

Most of the time the text messaging doesn’t work. Have access to see all the activities happening is very helpful! The cruise was great! Such nice staff!

Adventure of the Sea

This cruise was excellent, the room attendant, dining staff and all employees of the ship. The foods were very good! The activities were great! We were on this ship 20 yrs ago and we enjoyed it then and enjoyed it now.

1st time cruiser

I’m definitely hooked to cruising now . I’m planning to book a cruise maybe once or twice a year. Now I have to bring the rest of my family . Thanks you so much for the hospitality . Thanks to the entire Royal Caribbean staff and crew.

Best cruise by far

Ship was so clean, staff so friendly and accommodating, food was delicious, so much to do. Love Utopia of the Seas!! Can’t wait to go again!!

Love this app

I rode Icon of the Seas, and it was the best experience ever! The app was very helpful in order to see all of the different activities, maps, and dining that was going on! The app was a bit slow at times, but great nonetheless.

Excellent service! Very friendly and helpful! Loved meeting them and hearing about their families and their experiences on the cruise ship.

Explorer of the Sea

Just got off Explorer of the Sea. BEST VACATION EVER!!!! Crew so wonderful and dining so friendly nice and helpful. Our dinner waiters Mr. Igusti and Mr. Yossi are fantastic. Going again as soon as I can.

This is the best it has ever worked for me. It is not going up and down like normal. I’m staying connected hallelujah thank you mariner of the seas. i’m loving the Internet this time around. I will end up with over 800 nights on these 2 trips.

Update 1.53.0

My iPhone did a automatic update and then i was unable to use the app. When I attempted to log in with my user name and password it got an incorrect password error. I had to reset my password to get back in. Pain in the *,**,. My wife had the same issue. Dont put out a new release until you bug proff it!

Missing States

The resident State drop-down menu is missing the four states that start with NEW. New York, New Mexico, New Jersey and New Hampshire. I called support. My clients who are trying to check in who live in these states….can’t. Please fix!

This thing was my best friend on my 7night eastern Caribbean on wonder of the seas! It’s so helpful and you can use it anytime on the sea. Definitely recommend the app if you are sailing with royal

check in process

I haven’t cruised for about 8 years. I find this check in process a bit tedious!!!! Why is everything that is IMPORTANT have to be done with cellphone!!!! Why can’t our travel agent send us the paper copies of this important trip!! WHY DO WE HAVE TO ADD OUR PASSPORT & photo since we have to do it in person anyway???? Is the cruise line making it easier for You & not considering the many passengers who have a difficult time maneuvering the web! I had to change my password on your APP—— didn
