Very nice!!!

This app is very user friendly.

Internet

This is the best it has ever worked for me. It is not going up and down like normal. I’m staying connected hallelujah thank you mariner of the seas. i’m loving the Internet this time around. I will end up with over 800 nights on these 2 trips.

Update 1.53.0

My iPhone did a automatic update and then i was unable to use the app. When I attempted to log in with my user name and password it got an incorrect password error. I had to reset my password to get back in. Pain in the *,**,. My wife had the same issue. Dont put out a new release until you bug proff it!

Missing States

The resident State drop-down menu is missing the four states that start with NEW. New York, New Mexico, New Jersey and New Hampshire. I called support. My clients who are trying to check in who live in these states….can’t. Please fix!

This thing was my best friend on my 7night eastern Caribbean on wonder of the seas! It’s so helpful and you can use it anytime on the sea. Definitely recommend the app if you are sailing with royal

check in process

I haven’t cruised for about 8 years. I find this check in process a bit tedious!!!! Why is everything that is IMPORTANT have to be done with cellphone!!!! Why can’t our travel agent send us the paper copies of this important trip!! WHY DO WE HAVE TO ADD OUR PASSPORT & photo since we have to do it in person anyway???? Is the cruise line making it easier for You & not considering the many passengers who have a difficult time maneuvering the web! I had to change my password on your APP—— didn
