Make sure you understand what you're buying
Royal apps on the desktop are fantastic, functionality on mobile is very limiting. It's important for the buyer to understand that found four dollars you're not buying an application that will connect you to your remote machines, rather manage their configuration documents. To RDP, for instance, you'll still need Microsoft's RDP app on your phone; when you click the play button on a machine in Royal TSi (paid) it will ask you which application you'd like to use, then it will (sort of) bridge you
A good start but needs better security.
Considering the fact credentials and detailed network information can be stored in files it would be great if you added Touch ID support or a passcode feature when launching the app...similar to LastPass.
Well worth it
Royal TS has become my go to application for all my remote needs. I use it on my Mac all day every day and having it on iOS is just the cherry on top. Love it!!!
Works ok, but could use improvement.
Overall, I think this works ok. However, it doesn’t seem to handle credentials well, leaving me to the auto fill options for the servers I am connecting to instead pointing them to the credentials.
App Better than Reviews Say
I found the app to be quite stable. One star off for not integrating RDP and VNC support. Yes, needing a third party app is a bit of a pain, but you can get some of the supported ones for free, like Microsoft RDP. The Royal is a jumping off point to get to your machines, but it does work well once you get it set up on the desktop app and import your machines in via a cloud service. And it keeps them up to date on your iOS devices when you update your list of machines on the desktop.

Love the idea but can't get it to work
I use royal tsx on my desktop, and love it. I got this to use my iPad for on call work, but can't connect to anything. Our rdp connections work with a gateway, if I use Microsoft rdp it asks for credentials but never connects. Using 2x, it just stays connecting, but never does. I heard jump works but I don't want to pay 15$ for a test. Currently just rdp to my desktop and connect to the rest from there. PLEASE HELP WOULD LOVE TO USE THIS APP TO THE FULLEST. I'll buy jump if it is guaranteed to w
