Would be great if it were accurate

Using the app is simple enough, but the app is extremely inconsistent and inaccurate. Showed times are made up in some cases, sometimes there’s not even a train or bus coming, but the line magically shows one moving towards you, to no avail, then the time resets from “now” to a new random waiting estimated time. We waited for a train to come, one time it even showed it coming to our stop, while in reality no train was there. The estimated times were around 8-10 minutes each but we need up waitin

Never Disappoints!

As a frequent visitor (monthly for years, sometimes several times a month) le Pass and the RTA works beautifully for my transportation needs in the city! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great Experience!!!

Efficient…timely…accurate

Use this app every trip to NO!

The LePass app is very useful! It allows you to plan your routes via streetcar, bus, or even passenger ferry! Buy the Jazzy Pass within the app as well! For only $3 per day, $8 for three days, you can ride the streetcars buses or the ferry as much as you need to get to your destination! And the streetcar is fun too!!! Definitely the best way to get around in New Orleans!

It works

I use the streetcar at later times when not as many are running. The app reliably tells me locations of the cars with estimated arrival to nearest stop.

Jazzy Pass

This is the best option for getting around the city without a car. It’s easy to use and very affordable!!

Amazing app

I went with my husband for three days to New Orleans. We didn’t rent a car, we just use this app. We find it so easy to look for ways to move around, make the necessary connections and the price was incredible.

They get ya where ya wanna go

And they put up with a lot so they’re da real mvps

Bus drivers

Most of the bus drivers were super friendly and super helpful. One fellow even waved to me as he dropped me off really really a great experience. I wrote the bus in trolley all day long. I wasn’t sure about coming back at night so I took an Uber or a Lyft but during the day it was perfect. I felt sorry for people who brought their cars to the French Quarter.

LePass Not Using StreetCar from East to Metairie

I have changed my setting preferences twice and tried getting future routes from the East to Metairie and none of the 7 options give me a street car version. Yes I changed my settings. One setting was for less walking. The result gave me a 15 minute walk. None of those 4 options used the street car. Please refer this issue so someone can fix this. I am being FORCED to go downtown now to get to Metairie, which I think sucks big time. But if I have to go downtown, give me options to see the

Great way to travel!

This app made it simple and cost effective to travel around New Orleans. Highly recommend!

Information is Key!

It’s a good service just needs to be more informative about late, or cancelled buses

Bus driver terrible customer service

She was telling people they can’t get on the bus with their drink even though it was topped up and she was talking rude to people who were getting on the bus for no reason and she showed up late. Bus #103 10:25pm Wednesday but showed up at 10:35 the time doesn’t matter it was how she treated people. This needs to be addressed. Thank you.

Great service

I have just returned home to Tennessee. Just wanted to let you know your service was great for our New Orleans stay. Everyone we came in contact with was wonderful. The driver’s were courteous and answered each stupid question asked. I say this because we ask some. And never did they seem bothered. Also the app was simple to use. Thank you again for the great service and employees. Keith Hayes, Linden, Tn.

Thanks ya for the live location

Been using the Kenner local since it was $1.10 🐝

Hot cold

When it’s accurate, this app is great. But there are often times shown for buses that simply don’t show up. Very frustrating.

New Orleans

Would recommend this app to anyone visiting New Orleans. Great way to get around and see the city

Monday JP Transit on LePass

The Monday JP Transit schedule on LePass has stopped been included on the dashboard / trip routes. I ride the E3/E5/E1 daily and Mondays are included between 7am-9am. Enjoyed the service. Thank you.

Functionality is still sporadic

Bus real time information is not working reliably

RTA LePass is more than satisfactory

I spent a week in New Orleans and spared myself the expense of taxis and ride share services. I used LePass to purchase tickets easily and to hop onto buses and street cars even more easily. I didn't get to use the app much to plan routes but when I did use it, the schedules and ETAs of buses and street cars were pretty spot on. Very useful tool, even for someone who's not from the area.

Best Transportation Company In America

I love RTA and ride daily my favorite is the Saint Charles Street Car

East night owl

Can a east night owl bus please be added it is difficult too go home at night with only the 62 owl running

Locations

As someone who has to take the bus a lot, a lot of locations need to be updated

Good app

Usually pretty accurate

4 Negative User Reviews for RTA Le Pass

Carrollton streetcar and app

The app doesn’t correlate with the actual schedule of the streetcar. It doesn’t update correctly and sometimes streetcar will come by, even though the app says it has not departed yet. Please fix these issues because people rely on the streetcar for transportation.

Two street cars and a bus passed me by trying to get on 48 at Broad Street. Thank you.

It’s not very helpful when two street cars and a bus leaves you sitting at the Broad Street station when I’m trying to go to Carrollton. I’m here now. I had to walk. I’m 71 years old. You have a really happy new year.

Directions

I used to be able to type in an address and the app would give me the time to and from a stop closest to the address. Now, where I’m going had to be a specific place or I have to know the cross street to the address. I am not an operator. I should not have to know every street in the city. Or I have to drag the map across the city! Poor people already have limited time and it is precious. This new search for directions is a waste of time. Why is RTA making it harder for us?

Poor live location service

Never had a single live tracking of a street car or bus ever be close to accurate. Clunky UI on top of that too
