This app is good for keeping someone on pace and is great to start out running again!!

Hi, I did register steps and subscribe for the year but there is nothing happening after this. How to get a plan?

So glad I found this app I really enjoyed my frist work out I’m sure I will get better at it

I love how this program will help me reach my goals. I do really wish the female voice was real as opposed to robotic. Otherwise a perfect running app!

I like the workouts but I don’t like that it doesn’t connect to my Apple watch so I have to have my phone with me for any activity to count.

I’ve only had the app for a day but I love it already! Is there a way to change the time notifications are sent today at 2:30PM that it was a rest day is there a way to get that in the morning?

The last section of stretches had no videos which was very disappointing

I like this app but I do wish the time wouldn’t stop when my phone screen goes off

It’s a good app to get seated with but I had to constantly hold my phone for it to measure things like steps. It also doesn’t allow you to connect to things like a Fitbit to more accurately track your progress.

This app should have photos of all workouts

It’s been my first training time, my fight is against myself. I hope I finish doing this.

I skipped one day, as my legs were quite sore. But... I plan on continuing and walked in my house today....can’t wait for the weather to improve so I can get outside!! Really enjoy this program!!! 👍🏻

I did think that there would be more forms to it. Asking $60.... too much for what the app is

I don’t understand what “should be able to talk” “heavy breathing means” just come up with standard mph that match the treadmill settings. That would then be genius and worth the price.

There is no way to track your weight in this app. Also, no way to manually enter in a run if you run on a treadmill mill to keep track of total miles.

It starts slow and easy but gradually pushes you at the perfect pace. I’m getting in shape for my 40th birthday and this app makes it easy for my aging body to adapt to the activity.

I like the app but I have no idea why the timer shuts off when I get a phone call, why doesn’t it just keep on going

App pauses if you background it and doesn’t track accurately. Desperately need an Apple Watch OS integration.

The app makes you go through setting it up before it tells you it's $20 a month or $60 a year.

Is there a way to turn the volume on the app down or off so I can still listen to music?The beep is extremely loud when wearing head phones.

The app closes in the middle of a workout- forcing to restart from the beginning. It also doesn’t seem capable of running in the background while playing music. Any ideas what could be the issue??
