7 Negative User Reviews for RxLocal
Works ok
Great when everything is working well. Messaging has been broken for me for several months. I get notifications that I have a message from my pharmacy but when I go to the messages in the app nothing is there. I leave messages for my pharmacy and I have no idea if they get them because I never get to see any responses even though I get notifications that I have messages from them.
Forced to use this app
I used to be able to place refill orders through my pharmacy’s website, but they switched to this app a while ago. I don’t like it for numerous reasons. Before the switch, the pharmacy would send a text message when a prescription was filled. Now they only message through this app and I often don’t see the notifications. That’s irritating. Even worse is that the app has started logging me out and I keep having to reset my password every time I open the app.
Crap
App worked for a short period of time. Now it won’t even open!
Used to be useful
Not sure what happened during the past month but every time I try to open the app it closes itself. It’s showing that I have messages but I can’t open the darn thing.
Yes. I have tried all of the usual methods to reset, reinstall and reboot my phone.
Frustrated.
iOS 18.0.1 broke it on my phone
I updated my iPhone 13 Pro to iOS 18.0.1 this morning and the app will no longer open.
Requires Frequent Reinstallation
The app keeps crashing, which can only be resolved by a total reinstall
Lacking features
It would be helpful if a patient could update/add/delete medications on the app especially if the medication isn’t listed in their meds list but is a medication they just got filled at the pharmacy listed in their app profile and they have a Rx number from said pharmacy! Also would be helpful if the patient could update allergy information. Decent app but definitely needs tweaking to give patients ability to manage information and prescriptions
