Only if you can find one.

Unreliable and unpredictable supply of scooters. Many scooters are low on power or otherwise unavailable (sometimes after indicating that the scooter is okay to use, making your walk to the scooter a waste of time.) Also, why is this the only scooter company in Tromso? The company is clearly unable or unwilling to supply enough scooters to meet the demand.
