Good ui but bus time is not accurate Nol card function is good but need to add trips info details in history

The app is pretty dumb/outdated. It doesn’t know the difference between the metro green line and the red line. It’ll take you to a metro station saying it’s a red line but it really isn’t. Main advantage is that you can use it without paying for cellular data

The timing of this Application and Bus Timing is totally change not matched and not exact.

The old app was so nice., It was able to pin point the bus stops properly giving the timings of buses at whatever time we request, this update is so bad it doesn't even mention the name of the stops

I used to use this app to check the bus timings easily but now it’s gone. Plus with the bad UI this thing is unusable to me except to check my card balance.

The so called “update version” is not user friendly the previous version was so easy to you and general better
