Isn’t working anymore. Updated: Works Great Again!

I’ve been using this app for many years and have loved it up until now. Unfortunately, now the app doesn’t work at all. No data appears when I open the app except for the titles of each section (library, topic, playlists, downloads). When I click on them, nothing shows. I don’t know if it’s because the app is glitching or if it isn’t able to work on the iPhone 15 pro or something else. I have the latest version of the app as well. Please fix this so I can change my rating to 5 stars! The app is

Movies Soundtrack.

I have been enjoying this app especially for archived content. I love young women songs and Christmas songs. But l would like to make a request. I always wanted to have a chance to listen for the church movies soundtrack. They used to provide. The Heavenly Fathers plan, Together forever etc. l would love to listen in my car and at home.

New Update sooo much better

We believe this app can share the word of God, as far as it is “updated” correctly. So far it seems like everything has been fixed or improved after this last big update. Very much appreciated. Old review: Main gripes compared to version with the old player: -Cannot easily download the whole hymn book for offline listening. This was easy before. -They new playlist is frustrating. I can’t start the list with anything other than the first song. You click on a song list and just plays it over and

Update is Great!

Love love the new large view option!

No dark mode

The app is not showing the lyrics or notes when the iPhone is in dark mode.

This Should Have Been Fixed By Now

I love the app, but I can’t get it to play a whole playlist. Unless I touch the title of the next song in a playlist it plays the same song (whichever one you chose) over and over. I see the control to make it play one song over and over and I can get it to change its appearance, but nothing changes about how the app works. Also, if I turn off the shuffle button I can’t seem to figure out how to get it to turn back on. Most of the time I want a playlist I’ve created to play in the order I made

Incomplete

Why aren’t the lyricists and composers identified? And the extra verses are missing.

Used to be great, but not quite so much now

The mechanism for adding hymns to a playlist used to be very smooth, but it is now very awkward. The old method was much better. Also, navigating between hymns, either in the library or in a playlist, is now very jerky.

page turns

I am a ward organist and I would love to use the app while playing, but I can’t scroll vertically while playing. I wonder if you could create a mode for organists that would use a horizontal swipe to turn the page?

3 Negative User Reviews for Sacred Music

Broken Accessibility

On the lyrics only view, font size and style adjustments don’t apply. This has persisted for several months, through multiple app and phone restarts, being on the latest iOS version, uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Lyrics don’t display in Dark Mode

Not sure when this started happening but some time ago (a few months?) the lyrics stopped working in Dark Mode. Sheet music displays just fine, but lyrics are just a black screen. I didn’t actually know it was due to Dark Mode & thought maybe it was just a problem with downloading the lyrics. But no, it’s definitely Dark Mode. Presumably because it’s displaying black text on a black background. This should be an easy bug to fix, but it worries me that it’s gone unfixed for months.

Playlist sharing

This app has many helpful features but I’m anxiously waiting for the feature to share a playlist so that I can share the songs we are learning in primary with the primary families this would be incredibly helpful.
