Doesn't work on iPhone dark display setting
Type disappears in iPhone "dark" display setting- unusable. Works fine in "light" display. Otherwise a great app
Add 0.5% bupivacaine
Need to add 0.5% for surgeons preference at end. Only lists 0.25%, so I’ve been halving the remaining total listed.
Dental anesthesia
As a dentist I would like to see articaine and prilocaine reviewed also.
Incomplete
Locals should be additive. Beware overdosing. Also, needs more local anesthetic concentrations. There’s no lidocaine 2%. Also the app only calculates the leftover bupibicaine for the surgeon as 0.25 %. Half percent isn’t calculated.

Incorrect Mixed Dose Calculations
The app is great in theory, but when you are mixing locals the max should be additive, which is not the way it shows up when you select 2 different locals. For example, in a 70kg pt your max of 0.5% bupiv is 35cc, and with 1% Lido your max is also 35cc, but when using both, your MAX is still 35cc. The app gives the impression that you can give 70cc when using this combo (stating 35cc each), which is not correct.
Would be 5/5 but
The app doesn’t take into account the hard stop maximums for dosing. Ex: bupivacaine not to exceed 175 mg no matter their weight, or any other local anesthetic, the app does not inform you if you are given a volume over safe dosing limits. Since the whole purpose of the app is to inform you of appropriate safe dosing limits, this really should be addressed or have a notification when above hard stop dosages.
Has potential
This could be so useful if they changed a few things around. Add in the hard stops and correct additive formulas
