Saks my favorite store is very easy to buy here.

This is one of the less frustrating american department store apps.

The Saks Mobile app is great! It is on brand, sophisticated, sleek, & easy to use from selecting products, filters, search, and ease or checkout. Overall very user friendly & positive experience.

Depleted inventories and store cancellations are common these days. Juan in customer service today fixed my issue on my third attempt to place an order that Saks needed to cancel twice. Juan was personable and very knowledgeable. Five star service from Juan today.

I’ve found, for some time now, that your app has difficulty with large searches utilizing multiple filters. It buffers and freezes up. I cannot count the number of times this has happened. Usually I don’t take the time to try again but rather just move on, often to a different site. I don’t seem to run into this same problem elsewhere.

He is Very helpful for answer my questions and good manners.

I wrote a review for an already easy to use app….. just gave a review with constructive positive feedback. I feel like they reacted specifically to my feedback about their app. So Ty for the constant improvement…… !

The app used to be horrific and sooo slow. However, I don’t know which update fixed it, but it is now a lot faster and “snappier” than before.

I love shopping and the style and quality of your designers are the best. I’m not a rich women, but I get good sale at times.

I was having trouble attempting to make a purchase of a Ferragamo wallet. Pablo answered the customer service phone and is now my hero. He was patient and thorough. Together we were able to find the 10% discount for opening a new account. I had been sidetracked by a 15% opportunity which, sadly, did not apply to my designer purchase. I am grateful to Saks for its wisdom in having a customer service program with people like Pablo ready to help.

This app shows you everything you need to see especially when you have any return items sent, its prompt to update the status of your return items.

Saks not only has a variety of options bu has a lot of sale incentives. Website easy to navigate.,

Very nice interface and intuitive app experience. Only thing I would want added is a better filter for sorted sale items.

Stop sending me push notifications to purchase items that are currently out of stock…
