House was advised to look to my Sams Club for my vitamin need because of the same quality same name same brand product being half the price than it was through my Amazon account, which is always convenient and it was true. Sam’s Club was better price same product.

Sam’s Club is for families. Prices are great buying bulk food is the best way to go very thankful that we have a Sam’s Club in our community.

Drivers always leave my package where I can’t see it but people driving by looking for packages can. I asked that it be put up by front door and they leave it in front of the garage about 15 - 20’ out from porch and then sometimes times the opposite side. They will even pull up in my driveway and still not bring it to the door. I love being able to order online because I am not always able to get out to shop. No other drivers do this only the ones for Sam’s. I feel like it is laziness.
The app is awesome and very convenient for busy families. The South Gate store is another story. Curbside pick is always something. You’re either waiting for a long time. The spaces are all filled up and no employee assisting with organizing. They almost always never get your order right so you have to be diligently checking for your order items.
Midwest city store although always busy, facility is always clean and help can always be found. Love scan and go, hands down the best way to shop, will stop by Sam’s instead of Costco for this very feature. No time for the long lines, life is too short. Way to go Sam’s Midwest city 🎉🎉
I just love that curbside pickup is still a thing. This is why I kept my Sam’s membership

Absolutely love scanning and checking out on app. Shop way more often because I can pick up one or two items quickly. However, searching the app and trying to change stores if my store is out of stock or I am in another state is impossible. Just gives an error no matter what I choose. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Frustrating!

Scan & go saves time just to get to the door and they have one scanning person and the line is 15-20 customers deep. : \ It was a good thought though.
So easy to navigate and use. Huge time and stress saver. No checkout lines. Using the app means I handle my items less. No putting everything up on the conveyor to be rung up then putting it all back in the cart. I see my running total as I scan each item so no surprises at the end 😀. If you’re not using this app then you must have too much time on your hands 🤗

Since the pandemic we have been ordering many needed items from Sam’s without having to drive 80 miles and enduring the awful traffic. Each order has been filled quickly, correctly and shipped in a very timely manner. Great job, folks.

This mark may bring some savings but the quality of products is low across the board (food, dairy, detergents,deli, etc…). Kirkland products are way better. Sam’s apparel lacks the national brands and is focused on price over quality. Sam’s focus is price driven and I imagine myself like I’m at an Aldi or Dollar Tree store. I shop mostly at Costco because the quality is better and the brands variety too.

Wanted to let you know the people working at service desk are wonderful. We went to sams club on a day membership. Unfortunately what we wanted to purchase wasn’t in stock. Long story short, went to customer service and they were so helpful I bought a membership and ordered the items I needed right there. Hats off to sams club

Very easy to navigate the best deals on line!
Member marks chicken jerky dog treats or Puperoni dog treats are currently not available in store. My dog has to go without because there was no on the shelf or a slot for them. Had to go elsewhere the next day. Very disappointed and so was our dog.
There is no longer any plastic bags for frozen items at the Keeaumoku store. Unsatisfactory!!!!
It lists 37 items it says i frequently order. I have never ordered one of those. I have never ordered anything, in fact. Looking for clarification. Didn’t feel like individually deleting every item to be able to get an accurate list.
I love the convenience of Sam’s Plus. We live rural, 90 miles from the nearest Walmart. It is just a game changer for folks who don’t have shopping access a mile down the road. The service is fast, convenient and I save money.

The app is great and convenient for speedy checkout. However, it doesn’t always work for other features in the app which is very frustrating when searching for a receipt.
Love the app but find it really irritating I can’t pay with a gift card. I’m able to use a gift card when i do a pickup order so I don’t see why they can’t add this functionality
App is wonderful love the scan and go option saves so much time the only thing I’ve been having a Poor experience with is for the scan fuel 95% of the time I get the following error “we’ve hit a snag” hopefully there’s an update that fixes the snag
Annoyed that the credit card I chose to use for my purchase kept repeatedly not accepting my CVV code and I’m reading it right off the card…geez! Had to use another card that I really didn’t want to use…SMH

We’ve been a member since 2008 and before that in LA & MS since 1993. We live 80 miles south of Flagstaff, AZ. The store in our area closed in 2018, but we still wanted to remain a member. I’ve tried to order Tropical Trail mix, but was told it was undeliverable in our area. Looks like we are going to have to cancel our membership, because you keep adding items to this list!
For the second time in two years I’m locked out of my account after it first said my membership was expired and we just renewed it a month ago. So sitting in my car waiting for my husband to resolve the issue on the phone with them so I can use the membership we paid for. What a pain in the butt. Now I’m regretting renewing it.
