This is a single player game why do I have to have internet

Please remove the need for internet on this game. Why do I need to log in to play a single payer sandbox game. Completely ruins the purpose. I bought this game for a long flight and now I cannot even play it because I have to be connected to the internet. If I could get a refund I would. It says nowhere in your description that it has to be online. I will change this rating once this happens- this game looks great and I want to dive into it. Edit— For those who want to play this game offline- l

Psychic armor is not working properly after updates

Psychic armor skill no longer work on wizards after the latest updates and Chinese is no longer an option. Please fix it.

Love it but…

I love this game. Had it on pc and I love that I can play it on the go. However I bought all the dlc’s and it seems like some of them still need translations into English. Other than that I’m having a great time.

I want to play this game in iPhone and iPad with same saving

Please add this feature

Controller support

Please please please please add controller support for backbone this game and hero’s adventure need controller support I can’t get enough of these games !

Great! But here’s some suggestions

1- add randomized lot for bigger dungeons 2-obviously expand and add more dungeons, tents, caves etc 3- upgradable weapon levels and stats 4- more weapon types 5- more elements that counter one another 6- bigger spells

A little annoyed

I like the game I have only one huge issue the spirit witch quest has a bug where I can’t ask locals about Zarathustra so I’m stuck without ever being able to finish the game on spirit witch

Controller support

Fun game loved it on PC. Would love to use my Backbone with it, then just riding the horse and moving my character. Other than that, great game

Strong kenshi vibes in this one

Was looking for a kenshi-like game on iOS for quite some time. This one is as close, as you can get now (feb 2023). It still has a few translation flaws but all game breaking bugs have been fixed with v.1.0.20, including the annoying random crashes. Kudos to devs for quick fixes!

mods

mods are in another language besides english and can’t be deleted once downloaded.

Language issue appears fixed

Just commenting here to advise that the language issue lamented by many reviewers appears to be fixed. I haven’t run into any issues with language settings changing. The game is quite engaging.

Controller

Controller support would be dope

Amazing game and concept

Its a great game, though some translations are missing and it crashes semi-frequently. Wish leveling was slightly faster but otherwise its a great game

3 Negative User Reviews for Sands of Salzaar

Such a terrible port of such a good game.

I’ve previously played this game on pc and love it. It is a huge same that this port is such garbage. The game gets stuck in a different language and deleting and installing it again does nothing. This is all in spite that after researching into it this has been complained about for over a year. Aside from that having to log in every time you open the app and the fact that it doesn’t even fit properly on the screen makes it unplayable.

Does not disclose internet connection required

Bought the game and then all the DLC. Played it a bit and found it enjoyable. Come the day of my flight, I found out that you cannot play without signing in online with an internet connection. Is it really necessary? Please make this game offline and I will happily increase my stars with a detailed review. Gate-keeping a single-player game is trashy. At least make it a single sign-on when a customer opens it the first time.

Not good on my phone

The performance of the game starts to drop quickly in relation to your and your enemy’s army growth. It made my phone hot and the battery was still going downward while playing even if charging! Installing any dlc will result in untranslated text. There’s crashes. Not recommended.
