Good point of care app to review indications and antibiotic choice for any infection. Links to evidence are great.
Search function absurdly slow
I’ve been using this app for years and it’s a great resource, but over the past month + have noticed a huge lag when attempting to search for anything. It takes about 15 seconds each time to result anything while using the search bar. Please fix this!

Great app, easy navigation in mobile phones.
Buggy program
I used to like this but recent updates logged me out and corrupted the password. Resetting password not only requires old password to be entered but freezes app so one needs to close it completely. In the end, you cannot use an app that you paid for.

Just OK
Not as user-friendly as they keep adding functions. It was easier to use the paper book guides, but that does not keep up with resistance and changing protocols. Seems to get more difficult as the annual fee goes up.

The app is easy to use and very helpful in making antimicrobials decisions. One less thing to carry around since it is on my phone.

I a pulmonary and critical care physician. This is a great resource I have been using for over 20 years. After one gets used to navigating through it proficiently, it an invaluable asset.

Content great; accessibility poor
Love the content but the app is so slow it prohibits use most times.
I can’t imagine renewing my subscription unless lag-time gets fixed.
