The mobile app is extremely to use and makes work easier for me

It’s just OK, but I’m forced to use an iPhone and I hate it. I don’t the big deal. Terrible device.

Love it very much useful.

Everything works well, but why does it not let me know book a same day return flight via the app?

I should be able as a Manager to make changes to the cost reports I approve. Back and forth to make a change from say, services to materials, is not efficient. An approver should be able to make some basic changes.

Makes things process easy and clean

Hey, a couple of weeks ago there was an update of the app, where the app would take an automatic photo of the receipts, and yesterday it reverse to the old form. I’m with Aimbridge

I navigate to the report and then to the expense and try to attach a receipt to the expense by using “select” from the previously updated receipts - it does not attach

There is no way to combine receipts from the app. Charges and receipts rarely match up and combine automatically. Please add the ability to create itemizations from the app. Also need to log into web based version to complete report fully.

Easier than on computer

Can’t change allocation in app. I receive a “Saving Expense Failed” whenever I try to change the expense type. Very frustrating and ruins the overall app experience

This app works well and transfers between app and webpage really well. The only fault I’d say is the loading screen for uploading receipts stays a long time. It seems unusually long to me but that’s only a small complaint

The phone app is solid the update made on the website made my day. I avoided the website because uploading images was nearly impossible. They fixed it and now it’s perfect.

Convenient and easy to use. Takes the headache away from getting paid.

My Concur app is fully updated and when I select “Trips,” the entire app closes automatically. Everything else works.

App is very convenient to keep expense updated but attaching pdf receipts is not possible as there is no option to add pdf from files. Please add option to pick receipts from files (not just photos!)

And very intuitive. Love the ability to take pictures of receipts and the software automatically reads the amount and correlates it to an expense.

Can you please update the app so I don’t have to search over and over each time I add a meal to a trip for additional attendees? It’s such a pain and delays the process.

Makes filling out reports fast and easy

I love this app! It is very easy to use and I can do my expense report in just a few minutes.
