Not aligned with online account

Very easy and straight forward to use, but the Scandic Friends section data doesn’t always align with the data from your account when accessed online instead of the app after recent stays. Even after refreshing the app, the online account will reflect recent stays and new status levels achieved, but the app is behind in reflecting it. Recently online it said I achieved new status while on the app only credited me with 1 night stay and said I still needed 1 more to reach the next level! After wai

“There seems to be a generic error”

Come on guys… it’s been months with this error in the app. I haven’t been able to retrieve my upcoming stays for well over a month. Until this bug is fixed the app is a glorified way to check your current membership status..

App Crashes Often

Overall the app is easy to use, but more often than not, you need to restart the app multiple times before it will finally run properly.
