Sennheiser Smart Control App Reviews

Overall i like these headphones. However when they are charging they continually announce the percentage of charge. This is annoying especially when using the headphones while charging. Give me the option to turn these announcements off.

The senhieser headphones and app are probably the best ive ever had interms of features and tech (and ive spent about 3 grand on headphones. ). if senheiser made headphones with better anc qnd sound these would be the best in the market

The CX Plus wireless headphones sound very good but this app is useless. You cannot get to the eq half the time. If you lose BT, reconnecting can be a challenge. I don’t understand why getting to the basic features of an application should be so hard. Come on guys, fix it….

Can’t set up personalized sound at all. Will get past the “drums” section, then it crashes, without fail. Yes, I deleted and redownloaded the app, don’t ask. Please fix.

Can’t design in anymore in the app so I can’t make personal profile eqs

It’s nice to be able to adjust the settings for listening quality, firmware updates fails as soon as attempts to load. That’s frustrating, along with fact my device doesn’t work on SmartControl + Ap where all their R&D and money goes.
