Easy-peasy!!!

Septa Park APP is direct, to the point and super easy to use! It's nice to no longer worry about keeping a bag of quarters in my car for parking at the train stations. I've never needed to extend my parking time beyond 24 hours but it's nice to have that option right from your phone and never worry about getting a ticket!! 🚆

Offer weekly or monthly passes

Offer weekly or monthly parking pass so I don’t need to use the app every day

Intuitive and easy to use. Well done SEPTA🙌

Ok but search bar could be better

The search for station bar requires you to be very specific. If it could recognize by the first few letters of the station name that would be great. An example would be east falls. If you aren’t in the location of the station want to pay later, if you type in east, it wont work

Half the time…

It won’t connect to my bank account so the payment never goes through and then I get a ticket.

IT issues

Sometimes it’s hard for me to search the station I parked at when I enter it in the search bar. The app doesn’t load the station. I have to look for it in the map.
