Thanks soooo soooo much this amazing app!! It is extremely helpful. I wish I could give TEN STARS!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Just checking... as we're moving forward with the blessing of our new simplified FS report, and won't be reporting placements / RV / videos / etc, I wanted to ask if those fields will still be able in the app... For instance, it's helpful to know which videos have been shared with a return visit / Bible student, just for my personal records and so I know what the student is working

I love this app for my RVs and keeping track of my activity, but today it won’t open. I get the blue screen but nothing comes up. I’ve rebooted my iPad, but nothing. Any ideas?

I’d love to be able to use my favorite service planner on my MacBook with Apple Silicon. That would be super! Thank you for this amazing app and keep up the good work!

I love this app! Out of the few I’ve used, this has been the best. One thing I do miss is having a widget to start my time. I know we can hold the app and start it there but it always opens the app when I do that, so a widget might be better to start and stop the time from there. Thank you for making this!

I have used many apps for service before, but this Service Planner is definitely one of the best yet. I have been using it for many years now, and just want to Thank You for putting such a useful Service Planner to make our service activity go smoother. RM

Don’t be put off by the small charge for this excellent field service app. The clean interface makes recording easy. I especially like the address look up feature that enters that info for me. Much faster than my fat fingers can type. Other features also excellent and make this app worth every penny. Been using for several years and have found no other as well designed.

I like the way the app allows you to add your field service activity for the previous months. It’s the only app I could find that allowed me to add my activities from my old app and phone. Also, the ability to use gps to locate my return visits is extremely helpful in the ASL field. It also syncs with NW Publisher! Nice feature!

My only complaint is there’s no android version. My friends mostly have android phones but they love the app when I show it off to them. I love the backup feature.

Just the right balance between “bells & whistles” and the important elements required for planning and tracking our ministry. I especially use the Look Up Address feature. It is pretty good at suggesting a correct address and saves quite a lot of typing.

Every thing is working great. I really enjoy using Service Planner. I have the opportunity to play videos and put pictures of literature I have placed. GREAT APP. ONE SMAII THINGS THE APP HAS A RED 1, ON IT THAT WANT GO A WAY. WHY?

I’ve had this app for awhile and only used it to record time. Now that I’m pioneering I’m taking advantage of a lot more features. This has been invaluable in keeping me on track. I can immediately see what adjustments I need to make and then easily do so. Plus being able to group my RVs by neighborhood saves me from driving back and forth… I can easily see everyone I need to visit in one particular area. Thanks to the developer for the practicality of the app.

This continues to be my favorite field service app. It really serves me well as a pioneer, keeping track of my return visits and reminding me when I'm due to make them. I continue to find new things I can do with the app. Well worth the investment. The only thing lacking for me is a way to manually add territories so I can keep track of them in the app as well.

Ive tried a handful of service apps but this one is BY FAR the best. It covers nearly all bases. If you use territory helper this the the app for you! Keeps your notes very well organized, you can literally label and note every single household/ call. The only issue i have is i cannot generate a summary email for one of my calls which has a ton of notes and id like to share with someone. Other than that, no issues, only a few additions could be made at this point, its a nearly perfect app.

If your congregation uses hourglass to report time, this is compatible! It sends everything you’ve documented for the month straight into hourglass. My favorite feature is the scheduler. You can input your goal and set a service schedule for each day of the week and then apply it to each month. This app has really made me keeping track of my ministry seamless. Thank you so much for this!!

Great app however it stopped syncing with Dropbox.

This is the best service app I have found. Has taken a little getting used too, but I find that most of the time I’m just over thinking it and it turns out to be simpler than I imagine. It’s great. I have tried several others. Thank you so much.

Great app. Only thing that doesn’t work is using video links to add to your library. Recently the URLs were changed on jw.org so the new links don’t work.

I have used a number of apps for tracking my ministry, but this one is the best of them all. It is solid, has all the features I need, and is easy to use. Highly recommended!

Works very well. If you have an issue, which is rare, Matthew is quick to respond and goes above and beyond to help you get it resolved.

This app really helps to fully accomplish your ministry. I’m surprised of all the things that they thought of to include in this app. A must download for service!

Just started using this app but can already tell it’s going to do so much more than the other service apps I’ve tried. Tech Support has been quick. For us older ones it might be good to have a more explanatory tutorial. But 👍 so far.

When I used Android, there was a fantastic service app available that was not available for iOS. This one has a lot of the same quality and functionality of the Android app, much better than the iOS app I'd been using. Great job!

I sincerely appreciated the hard work and dedication to develop this app. It has been a great tool to track all field service related activities. I have been following your work for quite sometime.

I would really like to see my LDC time and my field service time separated. I know there is an "other time" option but when it totals it isnt separate and it can get confusing.

Perfect app for keeping track of service time and RV’s.

As soon as I could change my thinking about how to keep track of calls this app worked. I love the ability to checkout territories from territory helper. Needs to be able to track not at homes with territory helper and would be perfect app!

I love having everything I need to stay organized in one place. It was easy to learn to navigate the app and I am always telling my friends about it.

Great app, pretty intuitive. Would love to see if there can be a widget on the next update to quickly add the hours/placements/videos. Totally worth the $4 🙌🏼

Its worth the 4$. I have been using another app for years now & this one right here is so versatile, you can literally do anything on it! So in depth.

I love this app. It’s so convenient and simple to understand. I’m really bad about keeping track of my time but with this app I can plan my month out add my calls etc and it even has a timer. Well worth 3.99!

Moving to iOS it was hard to find a good replacement application that was similar to what I was used to on the android system. This app fits the bill. Well worth the initial cost. I highly recommend to all.

What happened? I used to navigate to my RV right from the app, but now it no longer works.
