Love the burgers and fries! Great quality tasting burgers and not greasy like others! Simple menu choices. The drinks are little to expensive but hey sometimes I will splurge on one! Definitely eat here more often.

Please make shakes not milk and cookies

I appreciate the convenience of an app service and I respect the need to support my OAKLAND Community but the process of shame tipping is disgraceful. The servers are pushed against the consumer by this bullsh.. process of minimum tipping.

Great food but the app is a little hard to use.

I am a kid and you guys are the best!!!

The taste is great for being a gourmet fast food place! But I think the price on some things are a little higher than what I’d like. But they do have promos that are good sometimes that make me buy stuff. Other than that, I’m not a regular as the price is a little above what I’d pay for the taste.

5 star cheese frieş, shakes , and Burgers.

Love the app’s ease of use, only reason I’m taking off a star is bc it would be nice to have the ability to add pickles to my grilled cheese sandwiches on mobile orders. I always have to ask for them on the side during pick-up, but would love to have them IN the sandwich upon pick-up :)

Saved credit card don’t auto populate.

It’s a great app and I LOVEEEE their burgers!! I just feel there should be a better customization area/options so that we can be a bit more specific and for Gods sake PLEASE start including mustard and mayo as a standard with the condiment pack!!!!

Best hamburger in Coastal VA!

The app is great except if you go to add a GF bun to the veggie burger. It forms give you the option but you can for all the other burgers. I reported this before but they aren’t updating it.

Not straightforward to leave the cart & order more items.

delicious burgers, seasoned fries are gas while eating with the burger 🫠 their NY based brew is smooth and gets you feeling pretty gnarly almost close to half way while sipping on it. eating after the driving with the food home still feels and tastes delicious as heck too. all in all, the spot here in Miami is a total vibe~

Burgers were great as were the fries. But when I picked up my order the shake was about 3/4 full and not thick at all. Barely beyond chocolate milk. Hey shake is in your name, get it right!!

Great app, would rate 5 stars if given more options for the delivery service.

The burgers here are the best! They turn me on soooooo good. Their bathroom urinals are the cleanest of any burger restaurant.

I enjoy shakeshak every time I eat. That that sauce is awesome and delicious.

Needs to be a place to add notes Like thick shake Fresh fries, etc

It would be beneficial to make notes to order .. say for instance if I wanted extra lettuce or on the side so it won’t wilt. Calling isn’t always beneficial for making special request for my order especially if the store is busy and is unable to answer. Hope that this review will be taken into consideration. Thank you

I have ordered from the app many times. Every time I get a different store. And I have never gotten the store that is closest to me. It is always ones that are further away. The app needs to allow people to pick which store there order is delivered from, just like you can with pick-up. My food arrived cold and shake melted.

The customization options are lacking. After picking my items I was sent through 3 more screens where the price gradually went up. First page subtotal, second added the tax, third added a 20% gratuity..? Felt like they tried to pull a fast one on me.

I am unable to order anything through the app in NYC . Every location says unavailable order in Shack. I want to use my coupons but theirs no way to use it if I cannot order through the app. I’ve deleted and reinstalled and I still have this issue. Please fix this issue!!!!!

For the past three weeks or so, orders will not go through. Red light box warning pops up saying “ There was a problem processing your order. Please try again later!” Have attempted using different cards and Apple Pay. There’s been four times in the past three weeks I’ve wanted to order and gone somewhere else. Mobile order is the only way to go. Ordering in person on iPads is slow and cumbersome. Never anyone working front desk to take orders. Food is great but lack of customer service and app
