Just rented a car for the first time the last couple of days. Enjoyed the car and was able to get a lot done. My one problem is the trip not ending automatically when my rental time was over. I can understand why it doesn’t but if that’s the case renters should be made aware of this so they can promptly end the trip and avoid additional charges. Thankfully I had the money to afford the extra charge but had I not checked the app again who knows how long I would’ve continuously racked up more char

Reliable for fast use, downtown areas they’re every where. Love it keep it , maybe find other model cars and remove the logo. Takes the joy away of being low key and maybe have some tint options. Overall it’s a 7/10 but the experience is good

The service is pretty decent. No serious complaints, however the app. Every time I end a trip it reverts to what I assume is the European version of the app and it takes a while for it to work as US. crazily there was just an update and still it happens. It shows things like the rewards plan and even lets you start but that feature is not available here so it just spins.

I usually use the app while in the U.S., I’m in Frankfurt and the app does not display any cars available. I can only see gas stations. Free2move is international. How can this be fixed, so I can use it while I’m in Germany.

I was so happy with my car

The app struggles to connect to the internet and since the update to how pictures are taken, the app has serious glitches. For the cost, I expect a better more functional app.

The recent app update significantly improved usability and performance. Everything feels more streamlined and reliable. I appreciate the continuous effort to enhance the user experience.

Uso il Car sharing da qualche anno e lo ritengo il miglior sistema per spostarsi a Milano nelle grandi città e anche a lungo raggio. Ho usato Share Now anche per un viaggio di una settimana in Toscana, tutto andato benissimo, grande macchina, grande servizio, nessun problema. In città è l’ideale: prendi e lasci in pochi minuti, nessuna limitazione di zona ABC eccetera, meglio di qualunque altro mezzo di trasporto ad un costo assolutamente accettabile.

Very nice experience, perfect for a city like Munich. Watch the different tariffs, it’s cheaper to go for a longer time / miles straight away! Have fun

Decent service, but HORRIBLE unhelpful customer service, many issues will come up while using this service which will result in extra fees and you calling customer service every 10 rides or so.
