Really good just confusing

This app is really useful I just don’t really know how to use it

Payment

I keep having to pay the insurance every month. I called them and give them payment over the phone and then they say I will be getting an email in three weeks where I could make reoccurring payments. No Email shows up and I have to call in again to make a payment over the phone. This is really terrible.

Mostly good but not perfect.

There are things that I wish my healthcare company would support, like my Apple Watch, Noom, and my Smart Scale. Seamless integration of all of my apps and devices with health plan would be oh, so welcome. Apart from those few ‘druthers, Sharp has been phenomenal. My providers are all great and I have no other complaints. Keep it up, Team Sharp!

Super easy to use

It has a really clean UI that’s clear and easy to use, and you can do everything you need right from the app.

Sharp is my insurance for life

I’ve had UHC, Aetna, Kaiser and Sharp Healthplan during my lifetime. Sharp is and has been the best insurance by far, no competition at all whatsoever. From the customer service, the easy referrals, scheduling. Always easy never months out. And the billing has always been correct. When I ask how much something will be they know. The Sharp App is so awesome. It revolutionizes health care set up, appointments, pay copays and issues with your doctor you can message them it’s amazing

App is the worst! The insurance is great but app stinks.

Great app

It’s a nice app for managing my health insurance and finding all thing related to my copays and cost shares. I have quick access to the things I need to do on the home page, as well as a view into my costs/balances. Thanks Sharp Health Plan for making it easy!

Billing

I think it is quite inappropriate to be billed in June for services render on 11/1/2023. Then to find out that my secondary insurance was not billed at all. As a senior citizen on state assistance, this has put my finances and credit at severe risk. Upfront and appropriate billing needs to be used as a standard. I am deeply stressed while working on this with the billing department and have yet to have the numerous late last year charges resolved. Had I known about the charges from time of servi

Benefits search needs upgrade

Hi Rose, My feed back was for the health plan app and not the health care side. I’m not sure what you meant in your reply. ——————- Thankful for the new app! I like being able to see my ID card and my PCP on file. I do wish it was easier to look at benefits. There isn't a search option and they aren’t in alphabetical order. The benefits look like HTML text and are not easy to interpret.

The app is great just few tweaks needs to be fixed

I’m having trouble accessing my bill through the app, it’s not populating correctly.

Not as intuitive as follow my health

Change management is important. So while I got plenty of reminder emails that this switch would be happening, very few helped to show me how to access tried and true important aspect of follow my health—like adding my child’s account, setting up appointments, accessing my medical records. And only 5 years of medical record were going to be moved? Good thing only 5 years of my life’s medical history matters 🙄

Review new Sharp program

One of most difficult programs I have ever had to use. Sometimes it accepts my password; sometimes it doesn't accept my password. Sometimes it accepts my face; sometimes it does not. I receive messages and say I have a message to see, and when I go to see it, it is not there. It is question the worstchange, the Sharrp has made in the many years that I have been a member

Vision and Dental

You don’t make it easy to find providers. Your app doesn’t have an option for dental and none of the provider options (primary, specialist, vision, etc) work when I click them in your app.

This is the worst portal

Although I have used this, today it would not let me in without a new password. Then, I wanted to message my doctor, which I have done belore, and couldn’t even find the message icon. I also want to see my records, whic I have also done before, but could not find an icon.
