I thought I was checked in for my appointment because the app said I was. I expected the app to notify Sharp I was there. 10 minutes after my appointment time I asked at the desk if I was shown as checked in. No! Don’t rely on this function. It wasted my time and the doctor’s time. Other functions are ok.

This is by far the best hospital that I have ever been to. Ii have had two knee replacements at sharp Coronado the nurse and aides were awesome. Thank you so much for everything

The Sharp app makes it easy and convenient to communicate with my providers and gives me quick access to pay bills and access results and health summaries.

It appears SRS not being not changed their medical record app, but also their business plan. I’ve been dissatisfied with SRS for the last couple years. Before my doctor retired, he told me Sharp was making changes that made practicing medicine difficult. Based on my recent experiences, I have to agree.

This app is awesome! Super simple to use and makes scheduling doctor’s appointments a breeeze.

This app has everything you need to manage your healthcare (or your parents, spouse, childs healthcare). I find it to be a big improvement compared to the previous app, which was a little clunky and tricky to navigate. You can pay your bill, check in to appts, and even be notified of earlier appts that become available. Overall, I’ve really liked it so far.

this app is even better than FMH Heck i can even log in with just my face!

I’ve been using the Sharp app's patient portal for a couple months, and it has been a game-changer for managing my healthcare. The app is user-friendly and makes it incredibly easy to schedule appointments, view my medical records, and communicate with my healthcare providers. The design is intuitive, and the navigation is straightforward. I can find what I need quickly without any hassle.

This app is a great improvement to FollowmyHealth. I was able to add my children’s profiles easily. I think the interface is much more user-friendly.

Dr. Nguyen have been taking care as my primary Doctor for over 15 years. He is the best doctor of all doctors I known over 50 years. I recommended him to evrryone.

Easy to use and easy to navigate—looks clean and elegant design. Love the location service geofencing and was able to easily schedule my overdue labs based on proximity. Love it!

I used to use Follow My Health app for years successfully, but this app is useless, most if the info that was available on Follow My Health is totally missing on the Sharp App. It is supposed to allow remote check-in, but it refuses to do anything at all. It's not intuitive like the Follow My Health is/was and the ONLY thing it is good for is raising my blood pressure. Useless piece of software that someone was overpaid to make, embarrassing and infuriating to use. Thus app needs a doctor.
