Love this game

I absolutely love the game. After the update my identify scrolls are not working and when I’m attacking something it disappears. It’s not teleporting them anywhere because when i search the map i can’t find them. Please help.

I have looked for a great roguelike game and do not know why this one has not come unto my radar until recently. This is not some easy game you’re going to win over a weekend. I’ve just killed my first boss after weeks of playing. I use resources online to try and figure out how to use items picked up and how to defeat all the different creatures along the way. I love that it’s a one purchase gets you everything. I’m sure it’s going to be a while before I win a dungeon, it’s definitely challe

I’m hooked. It’s strategy, puzzle and knowledge over items and monsters that will further you deeper in the game. RNG is balanced and addicting. There is no pay to win wall, no ads, no micro transactions. It’s games like this that keep it feeling like a game and not a casino. HUGE respect to the devs.

At last a game with no ads, no pay-to-win. For a few bucks you get a nice game that can last for years and is really enjoyable.

I love this game, it is very engaging and very well executed. I played the original Pixel Dungeon, I played for years. And this sequel is a wonderful improvement and 100% the purchase. Tons of “replayableity,”standard fantasy ideas with original executions, and just complicated enough to be challenging but not not enough to be confusing or unfun to learn.

I’ve been playing Pixel Dungeon for a while now and I seldom feel the urge to give reviews, however I’m so glad I bought this version, worth every penny and it’s so fun and way more immersive than the original. Love it! If you’re used to the original it will be harder than you’re used to and more complicated but I’m loving every minute of it!

This game really makes time go by when at work just trying to kill some time. The amount of items paired with the classes you can play make this a very enjoyable indie game for a mobile game!

This game is so good for a mobile game, it’s super difficult and addictive. Getting good runs in the game is super satisfying because you legit feel OP early on, but no matter what you have by the late game you still need to try very hard. There are so many different items and types of items in the game. I’ve been playing the game since OG Pixel Dungeon and it keeps getting better, even with a small dev team.

I always enjoyed rogue Lakes and dungeon crawlers and this is the perfect pocket dungeon crawler. You have to fill your way through it take some risks and eventually maybe you will win.

Worth the money.

A little slow getting into it, as there is little in the way of tutorial, but it’s fun.

Developers take note. We need more games like this. Rouge-like done right. Buy with complete confidence. Worth every penny at twice the price. Buy once, play forever. I look forward to anything else this man makes. Excellent work!

The best traditional roguelike on iOS. It's obvious from the start: this developer really cares about the details of a well-designed dungeon crawl. I love the discovery based onboarding process. The game mechanics are not overwhelming, yet allow for interesting choices as you make your way down to collect Rodney's doodad. I was a Testflight player, and loved how this game came together. Fast forward a few years to now, and I am floored by how much more work has been put in to make this amazing

I’ve played ‘em all. Shattered Pixel Dungeon is one of the best, if not the best roguelike out there. Also it’s hard to find good mobile games, let alone ones that aren’t just harvesting all your data. This is a great game, and it isn’t just some prettied-up spyware like most mobile games. It’s such a good game that I’d say it’s easily in top 5 roguelikes in existence on any platform, and a definite contender for best overall.

Just found this game recently. In a sea of rubbish on the App Store, this game is fun and refreshing and worth the $4.99

Very fun finally hit level 6+, steep learning curve but once you got it, it works well. Use your scrolls and potions

Get your old school dnd fix here! A seemingly never ending dungeon that doesn’t hold your hand. Progress is so rewarding! Hours and hours I’ve played. Love the wizard! I would love to see this game come to console of some sort with slightly improved graphics. Not so much that it totally changes the aesthetic though.

I remember playing Pixel Dungeon as a kid, now as an adult, I find Shattered Pixel Dungeon more fun than ever before! 10/10, 5/5.

Tricky to get started, but the variety never stops. Recommend.

This game is the one thing I absolutely missed when I made the switch from android to iPhone and I'm so extremely happy to see that it's available. There's so much new stuff for me to discover and I know that it'll keep me occupied for years to come

This game is great. It’s not pay to win, it’s not in-app purchases, and it’s so fun if you like Rougelites. It’s a hard game that I find myself laughing at while dying, and eager to jump back in to see what the next run holds.

Used to play the original pixel dungeon and loved it more than any other mobile game. Always felt like a heartfelt and genuine experience. I love old school styled/themed games and this scratches that itch.

As someone who used to play Pixel Dungeon a lot before the durability/degradation mechanic was added to that game, and who just tried Shattered Pixel Dungeon recently here, I’m so glad to discover that durability/degradation is NOT in Shattered (other than to a limited extent for throwing weapons). Shattered is way more like the Pixel Dungeon I remember, and that I got so absorbed in back in the day - but with all kinds of cool extras that I’m still discovering!

I absolutely love this game. It’s unique, challenging, and a whole lot of fun. An added bonus is there are ZERO micro-transactions or ads after purchasing (really hard to find nowadays). Excited to see where the game goes! A++ to the devs.

I have been looking for a TRUE Rogue-like on the iPhone for over a decade. This is everything I loved about the old Rogue, Nethack, and aangband games from long ago, but more!!! Well done dude.

Shattered Pixel Dungeon is awesome. I’ve been looking for years for a mobile game that could scratch the same itch as DCSS (sadly still no iOS mobil there). SPD may not have quite the scale of DCSS, but it’s a perfect fit for mobile and the controls are super polished for games that traditionally rely on a million hot keys.

Title says it all. The android version has no delay with inputs. Up to a 1 second delay with the iOS version. Otherwise pretty good. Solid rogue like, you’ll die many times.

Spent the better part of my 33rd year of life playing this game…. I’m 35 now… and rediscovered it… this takes up more of my life than I want to admit but it’s such a great combination of gaming ingredients… I look forward to every update. Only critique is I have, has been in the market, I’ll sell sell something then go to use a scroll of upgrade and then it’s sold..because I’m an idiot… maybe use a different layout for store things..

If you've only played Pixel Dungeon, this is the heir of that app and worth buying. Better game mechanics, updated graphics, but with all the good parts of the original.

This game is always a fun one for me to play. Definitely recommend. Although a a thing for the developers I’ve noticed that when you have the camouflage glyph on the huntress it doesn’t active in the grass. I think that should be changed.

This is a good game to grind. Be ready for a challenge and a decent learning curve, it took me around 10 times to beat 1st boss. Good replayability too. It’s especially fun to challenge your friends!

Can’t get enough been playing for years best turnbase pixel rpg out there 100 % so many in game items and unique mobs… though game is challenging that is what makes it so good and learning the ropes feels like a very rewarding experience not many masterpieces are available on mobile like this
