Worth the money.

A little slow getting into it, as there is little in the way of tutorial, but it’s fun.

Developers take note. We need more games like this. Rouge-like done right. Buy with complete confidence. Worth every penny at twice the price. Buy once, play forever. I look forward to anything else this man makes. Excellent work!

The best traditional roguelike on iOS. It's obvious from the start: this developer really cares about the details of a well-designed dungeon crawl. I love the discovery based onboarding process. The game mechanics are not overwhelming, yet allow for interesting choices as you make your way down to collect Rodney's doodad. I was a Testflight player, and loved how this game came together. Fast forward a few years to now, and I am floored by how much more work has been put in to make this amazing

I’ve played ‘em all. Shattered Pixel Dungeon is one of the best, if not the best roguelike out there. Also it’s hard to find good mobile games, let alone ones that aren’t just harvesting all your data. This is a great game, and it isn’t just some prettied-up spyware like most mobile games. It’s such a good game that I’d say it’s easily in top 5 roguelikes in existence on any platform, and a definite contender for best overall.

Just found this game recently. In a sea of rubbish on the App Store, this game is fun and refreshing and worth the $4.99

Very fun finally hit level 6+, steep learning curve but once you got it, it works well. Use your scrolls and potions

Get your old school dnd fix here! A seemingly never ending dungeon that doesn’t hold your hand. Progress is so rewarding! Hours and hours I’ve played. Love the wizard! I would love to see this game come to console of some sort with slightly improved graphics. Not so much that it totally changes the aesthetic though.

I remember playing Pixel Dungeon as a kid, now as an adult, I find Shattered Pixel Dungeon more fun than ever before! 10/10, 5/5.

This game is the one thing I absolutely missed when I made the switch from android to iPhone and I'm so extremely happy to see that it's available. There's so much new stuff for me to discover and I know that it'll keep me occupied for years to come

This game is great. It’s not pay to win, it’s not in-app purchases, and it’s so fun if you like Rougelites. It’s a hard game that I find myself laughing at while dying, and eager to jump back in to see what the next run holds.

Used to play the original pixel dungeon and loved it more than any other mobile game. Always felt like a heartfelt and genuine experience. I love old school styled/themed games and this scratches that itch.

As someone who used to play Pixel Dungeon a lot before the durability/degradation mechanic was added to that game, and who just tried Shattered Pixel Dungeon recently here, I’m so glad to discover that durability/degradation is NOT in Shattered (other than to a limited extent for throwing weapons). Shattered is way more like the Pixel Dungeon I remember, and that I got so absorbed in back in the day - but with all kinds of cool extras that I’m still discovering!

I absolutely love this game. It’s unique, challenging, and a whole lot of fun. An added bonus is there are ZERO micro-transactions or ads after purchasing (really hard to find nowadays). Excited to see where the game goes! A++ to the devs.

I have been looking for a TRUE Rogue-like on the iPhone for over a decade. This is everything I loved about the old Rogue, Nethack, and aangband games from long ago, but more!!! Well done dude.

Shattered Pixel Dungeon is awesome. I’ve been looking for years for a mobile game that could scratch the same itch as DCSS (sadly still no iOS mobil there). SPD may not have quite the scale of DCSS, but it’s a perfect fit for mobile and the controls are super polished for games that traditionally rely on a million hot keys.

Title says it all. The android version has no delay with inputs. Up to a 1 second delay with the iOS version. Otherwise pretty good. Solid rogue like, you’ll die many times.

Spent the better part of my 33rd year of life playing this game…. I’m 35 now… and rediscovered it… this takes up more of my life than I want to admit but it’s such a great combination of gaming ingredients… I look forward to every update. Only critique is I have, has been in the market, I’ll sell sell something then go to use a scroll of upgrade and then it’s sold..because I’m an idiot… maybe use a different layout for store things..

If you've only played Pixel Dungeon, this is the heir of that app and worth buying. Better game mechanics, updated graphics, but with all the good parts of the original.

This game is always a fun one for me to play. Definitely recommend. Although a a thing for the developers I’ve noticed that when you have the camouflage glyph on the huntress it doesn’t active in the grass. I think that should be changed.

This is a good game to grind. Be ready for a challenge and a decent learning curve, it took me around 10 times to beat 1st boss. Good replayability too. It’s especially fun to challenge your friends!

Can’t get enough been playing for years best turnbase pixel rpg out there 100 % so many in game items and unique mobs… though game is challenging that is what makes it so good and learning the ropes feels like a very rewarding experience not many masterpieces are available on mobile like this

It’s the perfect blend of being entertaining while also remaining a mobile app. Unlike a lot of other mobile apps, they either get boring quick or there’s so much on the app that you feel like it would be better suited as a controller type game. I’ve played this game ever since it first came out as regular Pixel Dungeon and I love how it is still getting updates. It has just the right amount of fun to keep you entertained for a while and also keeping you entertained for a long time. I recommend

I first played this game years ago on the android store and became hooked. Ever since I switched to apple, I haven’t quite found a game such as so. Each run, as a rogue like game, is different and composed of many different elements to create a unique play through each time. This game isn’t easy though! It is trial and error, learning, and strategy to dive deeper into the floors and depths. One of the best mobile games I’ve ever played.

I was playing a thief. I had nothing but the starting gear and two levels in sucker punch. I became poisoned via a worn dart trap. I had two HP left and drank my water skin which had 12 dewdrops in it. It had no effect and I was still at 2 hp. Is this intentional?

It's been a while since I played shattered (since my android days really when it was an early fork that avoided the unfun item degradation) but holy cow has it come a long way. It's clear that this is being constantly developed with love and it's really taken the original PD which in my opinion is the best rogue like (in the original sense of the word before everything hard became a rogue like) to a new level. Keep up the great work!!

A great game to spend hours on

100 Rogues was a game I played on my iPod Touch back in the day. It was a blast to play with a ton of replay value. Shattered Pixel Dungeon expands on the same wacky dungeon crawler fun. I love testing undiscovered potions to see what they do or upgrading items =) amazing game. Very addicting.

I like this game and have played a lot, even read various guides and watched some videos, but I still die before level 15 most of the time. For casual gamers like me there should be an easy mode. Not super easy but maybe 15% easier so it doesn’t feel impossible.

I love this game! It is great for just playing when you have a few minutes or hours to kill!

Haven’t found a mobile game that has kept me in it for as many years as pixel dungeon. It’s very well made and fun.

On the Google play store, this game is free. Here, it’s 4.99. On the Play store it specifically says: ShatteredPD is a 100% free game. There are no advertisements, microtransactions, or paywalls. An optional donation to support the game unlocks a couple of fun and entertaining extras, but these are entirely cosmetic and do not affect gameplay. so why is it free on Android, but not on Apple? I guess we all “donated” to play the game? Either change it here or on Android.

I’ve been playing this game since I was 12 on my kindle and now I’m playing it on my I phone at 22. I loved the game then and my love for the game has only grown, I would recommend this game to anyone, and if you’re not enjoying it you’re doing something wrong in the game or just with your life because I would die for this game. Again thank you developers for continuing to make new content and always updating, I appreciate y’all so much and feel like I grew up with y’all even tho I don’t know a
