There are a few things that this company does well they are You might have to read other reviews They used to have referral bonuses . They used to have competitive pay. You used to be able to get ahold of customer service. Quickly Would I recommend this company ? Every one has different expectations on what employees should have. It is very nice to choose when you work . When I called for help they told me to leave a five star review.

Super convenient to pick up shifts although the facilities are very limited in my area. Tedious onboarding and customer service is not the greatest. Lots of confusion on their end and slow to review credentials

They make it so hard to get your first shift . All the documents they have you send in, all the rejections for little reasons. I’ve been trying since August … it’s now mid October ! Refrences , vaccines, background, resume, physical, all these certifications, plus more. I just deleted the app all together . I’m trying to pick up a shift and make money not play games. Once you download it and start then” onboarding process” you’ll see. Wouldn’t recommend

The onboarding process takes forever. They don’t look into your stuff until you call them so the back ground check that was pending for 2 months suddenly Works & no same day pay not sure why they advertise it & If you work the weekend you don’t get it until Tuesday so use connect rn or clipboard much better 2 m
