The app is something to help you get some quick $. U must follow all the prompts & steps. MUST MUST MUST. The hard situation is trying to learn the breakfast & lunch preparation. It can be lil frustrating cuz u train for one shift. Then you must learn it all on ur own. Customer support is horrible too. Ur basically interacting with the AI bot through messaging.

I am new to this but I was looking on what to do if I show up at 4:30am and the lead for orientation isn’t there. I happened to check the app at almost 2am and the shift had been cancelled,I didn’t receive any notice no email or text. That’s my only issues so far maybe that can be fixed and also have back ups? Thanks

Great improvements, even better than before!

As you all try to improve the look of the app it is working slower & slower. The shifts take forever to appear & so much more. I hate that I did the update because it’s gotten worse. Please fix the bugs, a lot of people count on you.

Because I’m not into the the me taking a video of myself talking about my work experience. And there isn’t a no option. I simply can’t do that with my three year old grabbing at me so he can talk too. Lol I need the less personal option of simply uploading my resume.

I HONESTLY SHOULD HAVE READ OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE STARTING THIS APP. IT IS TRUE THEY WILL TRY NOT TO PAY YOU. TAKE YOUR SCREENSHOTS OF TIME PUNCHES AND PAY BECAUSE YOU ARE MORE THEN LIKEY GONNA HAVE TO REPORT THEM TO THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR. I AM THINKG BACK ON WHEN I WAS WORKING THE SHIFT I CONSTANTLY KEPT RECEIVING TEXT MESSAGES THAT MY SHIFT IS STARTING IN 15 MINS BUT I WAS ALREADY THERE AND BEEN THERE FOR A COUPLE HOURS. IF YOU ARE IN NEED DO NOT GET HYPED YOU PROBABLY WONT GET PAID.

App a little slow

I like working for Shiftsmart but I had 1 store that treated me badly and I have been working for about 2 months now. It’s ok I work hard to earn 800 a week it keeps me busy and motivated

All in all I have had no real issues with ShiftSmart. They are in my top 5 of apps to deal with regarding gig work. I have been on there since the beginning of 2023 and so far I have had no big issues. The App has some glitches but I have worked around them. All in all I have had a pretty easy time contacting assistance. The pay could be better, however the flexibility makes up for it somewhat.

I love everything about Shiftsmart,having a child with medical conditions , Shiftsmart allows me to gain employment and not have to stress about missing work due to doctors visits.

Great app I can work and not have to. E too far from the kids if in emergency if anything happens. I can get go them if anything

I love working the shifts that are available in my area.

For gig work this is the app to get. I have cleaned and merchandised local gas station stores. I was given simple instructions and Management and staff were easy to work with. The work is structured and procedural directions are in the app. Pay is either immediate for a fee or lands in your bank account about two-three days post work assignment. I recommend this for quick money on the fly.

Have to say that the his is the best app I have used to generate quick cash. Do the work, get paid the next day. I do have to say that it does have it flaws like any other app, sometimes more times then others, but have noticed that they have become better with getting back to me in a timely manner and have paid me for situations out of my control. Overall, if you need funds for bills, groceries or whatever, Shiftsmart would be the app to go with, hands down!

Personally, I appreciate this app I haven’t been working for A while so I downloaded this app. So far it’s been a blessing I made $60 my 1st shift and I enjoyed the time talking with my co-workers.

Great app if you wanna do some occasional work not to hard you are basically a janitor. Most store are well kept so you don’t end up doing a lot other than maintaining. Well that’s my opinion take care

I have to delete app reinstall to see jobs they are not helpful when needed.

We need more jobs and surveys you can’t even tests products here. Just need more jobs here in Memphis Tn

App moves slow and I’m not always able to click the money tab for my payments and the app doesn’t always update you have to literally clear the app and reopen it

We aren’t looked at as real people that have bills as well. No it’s not a real job but sending people to go make less than what waiters and waitresses makes is disrespectful. Pay people for what they are worth. Yall fired actual workers from circle k to replace them with cheap labor to save a dollar they don’t care if you able to make a living

Having trouble cashing out my money from the shiftsmarts app to my actual bank and the app is just glitching out on me and moving super slow. And they’re customer service is kinda pathetic. Definitely a cool app and way to get extra $$$ but when the time comes and there’s a little problem there seems no one is helping
