This app works fine on my iPhone 11. I wish the app could track prizes that have already been claimed by either deleting it or indicating that the prize has already been claimed. Otherwise it works well for me.

I cannot wait to watch the documentary in a couple of decades.

Also, where are the board pieces? I have yet to get one.

Been using the app lately for the 2021 monopoly season and suddenly stop working it prompt me to a screen to choose the store and the products description and that’s all. No way to sign in or to redeem, fix the app

App works on my iPhone 6 Plus but not on my iPhone XR.

I downloaded this app to Apple I phone 5 times and it does not work. I see the go to Navigation menu and nothing g happens. Who ever developed this piece of Junk needs to test with the latest iPhone. Just bad.

Had to create an account. The code scanner feature worked well.

Must enter codes manually because can not scan

When it works, it’s good. However, it has a bad habit of crashing and not being fixable even if I delete and reinstall the application. Doesn’t work well on either iPad or iPhone 7Plus.

This app does a good job helping me keep track and not lose progress my only complaint is from how tedious it is to go through and have to back out to rescan

Apparently there isn’t a way to log in if someone is still using your number. This has been my number for two years but because the previous number holder already registered, I can’t. *shrug*

Love playing this app but it is 17+ so I can’t any more please change

Not sure who can address this, but scanned a code and it says it’s not valid, but I have the ticket that says it is. Entered it in and it is saying the same thing. Who can address?

I just downloaded, signed in, and scanned my monopoly bar codes. Worked well for me.

App works much better now and remembers login info. Not having to force close after each scan either.

I have so many coupons that loaded to my account, but not all of them are reflecting on my J4U account. They also don’t clear off of the list after purchased, so I can’t tell how many of each items I have left. I shouldn’t have to keep track of them myself. You guys had a year to figure out how to execute this properly so there really should be bo excuses. It would be way more helpful to just turn in the coupons like all the other years.

Past year’s games were fun and relatively quick to play. Not this year, it takes forever with multiple steps to enter the codes. A big time waster and the prizes were not that great either.

I play every year, I have no trouble longing in but not everyone haves a phone or computer to download the app! I appreciate your effort to be safe in theses crazy times but You should make a new bored that could be sanitized.

Me, and my family love to play monopoly with Shaws. However this version is not as great. They make it a lot harder to earn prizes, and it’s just overall in general boring. Please bring back the original one!

Downloaded tried to login with my Safeway account. Invalid request?

I have used my iPad for the game in past years but haven’t figured out how to scan the cards this year. Maybe I just overlooked the prompt.

After using the app less than an hour it has frozen on the screen. I removed the app and downloaded it again and the same screen appears this doesn’t matter if I’m on my phone or on my computer. Really not worth the frustration.

This does not work for scanning codes on iPod, it allows you to log in and see your points but can’t scan them. Yes I did try the flat surface and good lighting as well as a blank background.

Scanner and log in for tickets and apps not working

Cannot sign in this year (2020)

Poor setup. You should be able to scan one ticket after another with out having to select scan code every time. I should be able to spend my tokens multiple times with one selection. You try spending 200 points 2 or 3 at a time. How stupid.

There still seem to be some bug fixes that require fixing. Also, there is no good help section. I have a screen shot of the error, but I cannot seem to find a help desk email to send it to. Only directions that keep circling me back to FAQ.

The app is a wonderful idea! But the app needs tons of work. If they can spend that much on prizes I think they can spend a certain amount on an app developer to improve the app. Sure hope next year is even better.

Doesn’t keep you logged in. Have to re-enter login information every time you use! 😡

This scan version is do they can see where the pieces are being played . The app eats up your data and is time consuming. I’ll just use the board .

They need to update the app to where it doesn’t take so long to scan the code
