I have been playing this game for over a year. It is so much fun. Relaxed and easy paced. Join up with others to complete events. Exciting new content on a regular basis. Tech support is excellent. Can pay to play but don’t have to. One of the best features…..NO ADS!!

Using the contact us in game will get you nothing. Montreal Support just makes excuses. You will need to go to a third party app to get any help. No idea why they pay them anything

If you want a truly free to play game, you have to pick this up! You can excel and succeed without making any sort of purchase. There are absolutely no ads aside from the occasional popups for in-game purchases. I spend on things here and there to show support for the game. The graphics and game play are also very great and detailed!

It’s a fun game a little slow but way to many micro transaction pop ups

I like the game and I played it in the past. I re-downloaded it so I can start a new game, but it loaded it where I left off. How can I start new game?

I knew this game was pay to win, but I still enjoyed it for a long time. Recently with the shop update putting a limit on what items you can sell, I can no longer sell all the high tier items that used to make me a lot of money so I could help my guild progress and upgrade my things. Now I cant get customers to buy the stuff because its high level, and I have nothing else I can do with it besides delete the item or wait till one specific event where I can donate it to the ship… only that event d

The emails are not sending so I can’t redeem the weekly gift. Other than that it’s playing fine. I’ve never played a game in its beta before, besides this one, and I think that is really cool. I’ve been playing since the beginning, and though I be slow, I always come back. My fiancé and I started playing it because of a close friend who knew about it first, so close that we were in his wedding. Anyway I think it would break my heart if I ever stopped being able to play this game.

I have been playing awhile, and I like the game. Only one complaint, I spent a few months of grinding to save to expand my shop, I got to 300,009 coins and logged off. When I got back on my account must’ve glitched because now I only have 80,000 coins. I didn’t invest in anything and have no idea what happened, great game literally the only reason it’s not 5 stars is cuz of this glitch. Kabam if you’re listening please give me back my coins!

My game will not let me click a customer to sell them what they are requesting. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and it still didn’t fix it. Please help!

This is a premium quality designed game. There are no ads and really no money needs to be spent to be successful. At a minimum, you probably want the monthly Kings Pass (or whatever it’s called). Plenty of ways to spend money but not needed. There are always events going on - solo & team oriented.

Not a bad game good time killer. Has a lot of fun, free gameplay, but to unlock all shop items you have to buy six Items which cost over $100 also when you equip your characters to go to dungeons, your equipment, will break after about two dungeon runs to fix your equipment so you don’t lose it costs gems, which cost money or you can pay $10 a month and fix your equipment with coins, which are pretty easy to earn not a bad game but to play full game costs a lot of money.

It it is definitely one of the best games I have every played before I started playing it when it came out but I think it could use a minor up date I think it could more even will you consider doing that?thank you😇

Why can’t I stop playing this? I need a help

I’ve noticed that when you kick someone from your guild their investments in the buildings go with them. I’m hoping that with an update that won’t be the case anymore. Overall a very great and addicting game.

If youre lucky, people that do pay for this game can sell/trade the pay locked content to the open market, and you, a free player may be able to buy it. Game is idle game, you do have to check often though to accept/make new orders of things.

Plus no ads? Crazy. This game is so fun to pass the time, love it ❤️❤️❤️

ive been playing this game for about 3 years now and i am level 95 on the global top 100 leader board at i cant stop playing this awesome game amazing game super fun it can get boring at times but other than that theres lots of fun stuff to do. I 100% reccoment it 5 stars

It’s true what other people have said, that there are no ads, and truly no need to purchase anything to reach endgame and beyond. After trying out soooo many mobile games this one feels way refined. I played this on and off but was never dissatisfied with any aspect. Little over a year and a half ago I found the perfect guild for me and have played every day since. NO ADS!! That’s huge. Also if you wanted to spend real money, sure it helps but this is not a pay to win game. I personally have the subscription because I find it worth it. It’s a complete game. This app is 5 stars BUT only thing I’d suggest to the creators is adding a filter system to the search where we go by lowest total of members or by levels and etc other than that great game 10/10

Game is super fun and addicting! If you like magic and fantasy this game is for you ! Super easy to expand and level up and there’s way more to do than run a shop! Highly recommend! No real money needed either !

Like the game but I don't have a lifetime to advance. We have been playing this for two years and I cant tell you how many thousands of dollars we have spent combined and we cant even finish the events because they are just to far out of reach for a small guild. We have 7 in our guild family only, and even if we all are married to the game 24/7 we still come up short. Yes you can play for free but not to any meaningful advancement. I like this game, but every time i open the app and it has to reload, it pauses my music. It’s not a big deal but seems like an easy fix!

The game itself is great, but it needs better synchronization. I play across Android and iOS, and it seems like I have to reconnect my Connect account every other day, even though my same game profile is already connected to my Google Play and iCloud account. This should only be needed once per platform.
