Why is Amazon not on here Y’all took away daily kicks Add more kicks to going on the app When I’m in a store scanning for kicks it never works anymore it always tells me I’m off line. Just need to bro g it back to what it used to be.

So far this app is really easy to use and if ever you need assistance they are there to help and are really good at making things an even easier process

For the last month I keep getting an error message “ we can’t find your location “ I’ve deleted and reinstalled a couple times. Some days are fine, but it happens frequently, I’ve already lost out on so many kicks!! My settings are correct

When I look at the total points available. Typically I can only get about 30-40 percent of the points So that is very frustrating Also the points for taking a picture of the product has never worked. So I quit trying It takes longer to acquire points

Latter none of my walk ins are working, every point counts & I have missed at a minimum of 100 points just in a few weeks because there is an issue. Also I am wondering why some items are left on the site when the companies know darn well no one can find them anywhere but it lasts for months. Don’t get me wrong I love shop kicks & find it entertaining & great exercise too . I have noticed once an item gets to the stores now we no longer get kicks for it. Very annoying w the high gas prices now.

After using this app for years I was flagged and the account closed. Any attempt to fix this is just meet with a standard template response. Scam app that steals your data while giving you a penny in return. Update- See the typical response to their lies. Wa apart of a group scanning and we all got flagged. They did reinstate one person from the group so you know they Update- they were able to fix my account. So out of the apps that pay cash this one at least works.

This afternoon I was attempting to cash in some kicks for a transfer to PayPal. After several attempts and redownloading the app I still received a messaging saying the transaction couldn’t be completed. I sent a request for help to customer service via the app expecting not to receive a response until Tuesday due to the holiday. Only one issue occurred with the app where i redeemed a card and it didn't give me anything. I sent a email but they were kind enough to give me my kicks back! :) 🤍

I need at least close to 800 every day to go get the kicks for you and your team because I have to pay for gas also and please don’t put any eating cited in, just the retailers points are better and put Ultra back on since they are a part of Target. Thanks you. And have a great day.

This app use to be amazing you could get points rewards for viewing all ads, walking in stores, scanning things it was fun and interesting. Now boring recipes and no kicks so just not fun any more. It had lost its interests for me and sev ppl I know. Just no fun Go back to the old shop kicks

Every single time I’ve tried to upload a receipt it says that I don’t have the item there no way to correct it and it starting to get really annoying that every single time I have to contact customer service when clearly I know it’s the right item because I’ll scan it in store and got points for it

This app takes way too long to get points unless you buy the items they have on promotion. I used this about 2 years but my area just doesn’t have enough kicks when I shop.

Issues with scans when I attempted for the exact item in the picture and in the description. It kept saying it was the wrong item when it wasn’t. Receipt idea to make easier would be to just scan bar code and it automatically finds the items from the list.
