I have shopped at ShopRite for 63 years in many locations Rutherford,Ramsey,Oakland,West Milford,Warwick and now Matamoras. Great prices, clean store, great service at pickup!

The online shopping app does a bunch of things right

Always love my Brookdale ShopRite. No matter what time you go shopping they never run out… best supermarket

I’ve learned to use the digital tools and it has made shopping so much more entertaining. I get exactly what I need and don’t waste time on anytime. Love it.

Shoprite was my favorite place to shop. Digital coupons I’m not something I agree with. They are small and difficult to see and I don’t always have my phone with me when I’m shopping. I find it easier cutting the paper coupons, which also act as my shopping. Maybe you should contemplate automatically adding coupons to the store cards of seniors

There has been some issues with the app. You scroll down and it scrolls back up to the top by itself, you add a item it doesn’t change the quantity, and it misunderstands your search for items that are basic items. I searched for French fries and it gave me fried chicken

I have always been able to find the best fruit and vegetables fresh meat and fish for many years my husband and I ate lunch at the salad bar before we shopped miss that but I realize time has changed Now have to wait for my daughter to bring me I am unable to drive anymore oh and I love your baked goods especially the Raisin Bran muffins

Just updated & now receiving constant error messages & app won’t open

Fix the aisle sort feature and allow it to stick so we don’t have to resort every time we open the app. I swear you had it fixed a few days ago and now it’s reverted back. Get rid of shelf #s if you have to until you can figure it out. Shoppers don’t need the shelf #s; they mean nothing to us. It’s totally annoying to those of us who still prefer to still SHOP ON OUR OWN.

Tired of logging in EVERY time I occasionally use this app.

Why why why are the sale prices not updated in the app on early Sunday mornings??????? It takes all day to get the sale prices updated in this app. Very difficult yo rely on this app

Tough app. Not user friendly. Scan feature works well but trying to find products otherwise is a challenge. Need exact spelling or plan to search through a ton of items to find the one you want. We all know they track us…put the products I buy every week in the store as easy to find!

I have difficulty with reading small print due to eye problems and I can't seem to use the application effectively. Please have delivery drivers send pictures of their order when it's left outside the house because sometimes they don't and it's very stressful for me and my family.

The app overall is good and works for making shopping lists, ordering online, digital coupons, and finding items in the store. BUT I hate the update to the recipe shop. I had so many recipes that I saved that were gluten and dairy free, which I need for my allergies, and I enjoyed cooking these yummy recipes. Now, I don’t have any of the recipes saved. It’s not as easy to search and there’s no option to save the recipes I do find. I don’t appreciate the developers removing my saved recipes. It’
